“We booked this house for our daughters graduation weekend. The house had lots of room for us and her friends to come by and hang out for the weekend. It was very clean and as advertised. We actually walked to campus and back one afternoon - about a 15 to 20 minute walk. I judge a place by its hot water, and we all were able to have hot showers in the evening without waiting in between. The hosts were super easy to communicate with and took care of all of our requests. We would stay here again.”

“ Unfortunately it was very disappointing, especially for the price point. This is likely the worst, most costly, VRBO experience I have ever had. I booked this home because we intended to host a tailgate in the back yard for my boyfriend’s son and his friends after the MS State game. The outdoor lighting has fallen down, there was broken glass on the porch. Trash from the previous renter was piled high, and outside of the cans (see photo). It smelled terrible.
