“I had a lovely, relaxing and quiet stay at John's property. It's located on a beautiful cul de sac that backs up to a canal - saw a Snowy Egret looking for frogs twice. The trees around the yard are full of singing birds. It's a great location without all the traffic and noise of the beach. Really comfortable bed and living room. I'm sure I'll be back.”

“We were somewhat disappointed with the cleanliness of the property given how strict the rules were when renting. We were asked to keep pets off the furniture. Sofa was stained. Stovetop was dirty and looked like someone burnt something. Pots and pans were dirty and very scratched making cooking difficult. The outside shower was not functional. The layout of home was very nice. The location was gorgeous. The ability to use the community pool was very nice.”

“House is a perfect spot for someone with multiple dogs and does not care about pet hair, stained carpets, etc. We were not allowed to check in an hour early as we were told housekeeping needed that time, however we were in the driveway and there was no housekeeping there. Sinks and tables were dirty upon entering home and no resolution about cleaning fee being reimbursed as we had to clean.”

“This is a fantastic, roomy house along a beautiful canal. We enjoyed spending time on the various decks and rooms. It's tastefully and warmly decorated. “The area is quiet, and the home is so clean and filled with the necessities you need. Just do a little groceries and relax. Wifi is not that great but it’s due to the area. It’s a quick 8-10 min ride into town but be careful at night because its quite dark, and the road has two awkward turns. All in all, we enjoyed our stay! I definitely recommend and John the host is a decent guy, thanks John! :-)”
