Has good sides but couches, checkin and customer service lacking
Simple. Uncluttered. Big room sizes & ceilings. Older house. No master bedroom with bath. Adequate furnishings. Unfortuantely didn’t seem warm or cozy. Checkin: It was frustrating. They have a “Boarding Pass” process called “Verify me” even after reservation is confirmed that includes: (1)Submitting a copy of your drivers license (2)Asked addtl contact & background info (3)Your acceptance of their data collection (4)Signing off on their agreement of rules.Cleanliness: Overall place was clean. But furniture not. Past reviewer before us noted stains on couch. I asked about this if taken care of and was told “Yes.” When I got there, surprised that there was stains still. So I asked as I thought they said it was taken care of. They said yes we are aware but cleaners didn’t have time. (What?). So it wasn’t taken care of but you told me it was. Was unfortunate but they offered to do nothing. Wasn't even throws or blankets to put over. Not clean furniture and not honest communication and no help or compensation for their misleading.Heartwood: They project you are renting from a person but it’s a rental company with some 170 rentals. Maybe that’s why it didn’t seem “warm” and customer service seemed more corporate.
