The location was perfect, and the back yard was a great place to chill after our excursions each day. Quiet, private, and relaxing.The home is in need of some TLC. There have been some updates, but more are definitely needed. Also needs a deep clean. While the general cleaning was OK and sheets and towels were clean. The kitchen drawers and cupboards need to be completely cleaned and some of the stuff just tossed. Such as the pans with peeling Teflon. Also, two of the showers have some mold starting in the corners. These issues could be handled by simply taking a few more steps and paying closer attention when cleaning. Windows and sills also overdue for cleaning.

Very adequate for our needs. Great view, nice surroundings. Pleasant stay. TVs in many rooms a nice touch. Games provided appreciated. Needs some knowledgeable TLC: turf needs to be more secure for children playing. Hot tub very clean, however, cover appearance shabby. Kitchen: second drawer in 3drawer column NEEDs work! Safety of outdoor steps questionable. We would rent with you again.

The owners are extremely friendly and welcoming. House is a great place for your friends and family. Very clean. I asked about the hot tub while we were out running around and when I came back it was hot and ready for use. Great guy. The location of the home is perfect to get to any major attraction. Would def stay again.

We truly enjoyed our stay and the beautiful view and weather!! The house was clean, with a very nice decor. We loved the view and all the extra. Very special weekend for my Daughter’s wedding and we truly felt at home. Blessed with choose this house. Thank you again for sharing your home with us

Overall this property is just okay but not worth the price. The home is much older (doors creak really loudly, kitchen cabinets are falling apart etc). Owner is very friendly and easy to get ahold of. Unfortunately our young kids were woken up from him being at the house doing yard work which was a disappointment for how much money we paid we should have had the place to ourselves. A couple of the bathroom toilets weren’t cleaned properly, kitchen wasn’t very clean, blinds are very very dirty and the beds aren’t comfortable. The trampoline has some tears in the netting but the kids had fun jumping. They require the backyard light to be on at all times which is extremely bright and it sits right outside of one of the bedrooms which was a problem for our kids that prefer to sleep in the dark but if you don’t mind sleeping in a bright room that wasn’t an issue. All in all for the money you can find a much nicer house then this. Will be looking elsewhere for our stay in the Springs from now on but appreciate the kindness from the owner.

We were 8 (four couples) friends sttayed at this place for 3 nights. The location is close to grocert stores and restaurants. The place is old but in good shape. There is lots of junk laying in front and back that should be removed. It did not affect our stay but it does affect the view of property.

Our stay was great. The house is everything that you see in the Pics. The only downside is the stares. For older visitor's it may be to mush climbing. We would defiantly stay there aging.

We were in town for a wrestling tournament. The house was a great fit. Close to the arena, plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The hot tub, gym, and trampoline were hot tickets. Thanks for letting us stay and we will be looking to come back next year.

Great for families traveling a long distance. Gym, great kitchen, huge TVs, lots of space, washer and dryer, refrigerator with a lot of room, two car garage and jacuzzi. The view from outside is a plus and the kids will love the trampoline. The owner added an extra bedroom in the basement and it is gorgeous!

This property was perfect for our family vacation! Very clean and location was awesome. Everything we could need was provided at the home. Convenient location with many restaurants and shopping locations within a 5 minute drive. Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Cave of Winds all within 20 minute drive and roughly $15 Uber.
