Lovely small apartment
Family came down from Denver for daughter's birthday weekend. Clean, already hot, hot tub was big hit with our kids. Great view towards foothills. Two comfy beds inside, everything else you could want in bathroom and kitchen. Quiet location but very near Garden of Gods and downtown Manitou Springs. Highly recommend

Couldn't have asked for a better host!
I had clear instructions to check in. They were always responsive to messages. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, pots, pans, silverware and some spices (salt, pepper, etc.), so you don't have to buy those which is always nice Although we didn't play any games, plenty are available in the closet, as well as some reading material. This home is very centrally located and so close to Garden of the Gods that we were able to catch a sunset and a sunrise. We had a rental car, and anything we wanted to get to was no more than 15 minutes away. We did go to the Royal Gorge (which was about an hour away), but we quickly got to and from anything we wanted to participate in. The bedrooms are very comfortable; the bed we slept in (with a yellow chest) was super soft—we might want to get one for ourselves back home! The hot tub was amazing and has a great view. We were able to enjoy it multiple evenings. We also woke up every morning to lots of deer! Would come back and stay again!

Wonderful cozy apartment with great views!
Our stay here was perfect! We came for a quick getaway at the Sunwater Spa and this VRBO was just what we needed. The space was well-stocked, clean and the hosts were lovely. The hot tub on the deck was the perfect way to wrap up our day.

This was a perfect home base during our Colorado Springs vacation, with easy access to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, etc. The apartment lived up to the listing, with comfortable and cute furnishings. The hot tub was a wonderful amenity to enjoy in the evening. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend!

Great location/Amazing stay!
My friend and I escaped for a short girls trip. The area is so accessible to trails and so much to do and see (we are at paravicini and highly recommend, went shopping in downtown Colorado Springs, walked right from the apartment to the garden of the gods trail, and took a short drive to red rocks open space trails). The beds and couches were comfy and kitchen had what we needed to comfortably make meals. Everything was so clean and the rental is immaculately decorated. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to the springs! Thank you Jonathan for all the tips and hospitality. We also saw several deer right from the balcony and the views of the mountains are perfection!

Perfect Location
Could not ask for a better location when visiting Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls. Also, close to grocery, shops, breweries and restaurants. The unit was clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was as pictured and clean. Communication with Johnathan was prompt. Property location was very convenient to manitou springs for the manitou Incline hike. Some of the neighborhood was a little rougher but overall have no complaints.

Nice space close to GOTG
We really enjoyed this home. The hot tub with a great view was just perfect after a day of hiking. Everything was super clean, well organized and comfortable. Highly recommend especially if you are going to Garden of the Gods Pikes Peak or Manitou Springs.
