This home is located 15 minutes away from Peterson Space Force, Fort Carson Base, and Colorado Springs Airport.

Entering the main floor, you will be greeted by high ceilings along with great open floor plan that will lead you into the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, wine fridge, and plenty of cabinet and counter space. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans if needed.

The main floor also has two spacious bedrooms, one of which has a king size bed and a 5 piece bathroom and another bedroom with a queen bed. There is another full bathroom in the main level as well.

Private washer and dryer is available for guest use located in the main floor for any laundry you may need to do during your stay.

Basement has two spacious bedrooms, one of which has a queen bed and other has 1 queen bed/1 twin bed with huge closet space. You will also find another full bathroom along with the home gym. Children are not allowed to use any Gym equipment as they can get hurt.

Home Gym has a new Powertec Workbench Multisytem. The workbench consists of three separate work stations for chest, core/back and leg training. Full dumbbell set along with a Kabuki Duffalo bar that is available for the Squat Rack. Boxing/speed bag and a NordicTrack Treadmill.

Backyard, you will find a patio area with chairs and small table to sit and relax. We also do have a propane grill that is available for use as well. Fully fenced back yard.

Any video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons and in no way infringes upon the guests expectations of privacy in the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.

Driveway provides parking for up to two cars. Guests do not have access to Garage.
