Si estás buscando la escapada perfecta, ¡la has encontrado aquí en Mills Ranch! Esta es una hermosa cabaña de madera enclavada en 10 acres a las afueras de los límites de la ciudad de Woodland Park. ¡Disfruta de las espectaculares vistas de la montaña de América, Pikes Peak!

La espaciosa cabina está completamente decorada con una sensación de colorado y amueblada para su comodidad. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size, área de estar, acceso a la terraza al aire libre, un baño completo con encimeras de granito, ¡e incluso su propia lavadora y secadora! Una de las habitaciones de la planta baja cuenta con dos camas individuales, mesita de noche, lámpara y banco de madera al final de la cama. El otro dormitorio de abajo tiene una cama de tamaño completo, una cómoda, una mesita de noche y un escritorio con silla. El baño de abajo es un baño completo con una combinación de bañera / ducha, inodoro y dos tocadores. También se encuentra en la planta baja una lavadora y secadora.

La cocina está completamente abierta y equipada con electrodomésticos de alta gama que incluyen: placa de inducción, refrigerador, microondas de convección, horno, lavaplatos y todos los elementos esenciales que necesita para preparar comidas excelentes. Hay comedor para acomodar a 14 personas. La sala de estar tiene muebles de madera con decoración occidental, chimenea de leña, TV de 55 pulgadas con recepción satelital, piano y una vista espectacular de Pikes Peak. También hay un medio baño ubicado en el piso principal cerca de las áreas de cocina y sala de estar. Hay una gran terraza ubicada fuera de la sala de estar para dar cabida a invitados o amigos.

El patio trasero es una visita obligada. Las comodidades incluyen una parrilla de gas natural, bañera de hidromasaje, fuente de agua iluminada, pérgola con cortina con pozo de fuego de gas y 10 acres de tierra de montaña que lo rodea. También hay un corral de dos caballos y una pluma redonda de 60 pies en el sitio.

Breathtaking
Beautiful property, private comfy. My husbands and my 15 year anniversary so we just used the main bedroom. Heated floors were amazing. Looked like all the rooms were nice. We were not there much, but the hot tub at night with the stream and stars absolutely blew me away!!!

Better than we expected. Beautiful Scenery.
As soon as we open the back door it was obvious we picked a great place. Kitchen is more than accommodating. The Living Area with large fire place was very comfortable. Gas firplace and pit were generous. We soent lots of time on back deck with an awesome view of Pikes Peak. We'll be back..

Perfectly peaceful and quiet
Stayed for 5 days while looking for houses in the area and loved it. The views are amazing - Pikes Peak is perfectly framed in the living room windows. Same from the deck. The hammock swing on the deck was awesome. We'll definitely be purchasing one of our own as soon as we find a place!! Plenty of wildlife in the area, with deer coming right up to the dining room window and peering in! Very peaceful and quiet at night. The perfect getaway from town. Close to trails for hiking/biking. Really loved it. I'd give it 11/10 if I could. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone coming to the area.

Location was great, house was really nice with breath taking views. Missing some thing's though... towels smelled pretty bad, there we no cleaning products at all! So when you cook dinner or breakfast there was nothing to clean the countertops or stove top. We are clean freaks some what and like to clean up after ourselves daily. WIFI was awful! We brought a laptop to play a family online game and it would log in to the wifi for 5 or so minutes and then log off. This happened every night we tried to log in. We contacted them and they walked us through the regular process of resetting the router but it didn't help. Regardless of all this, we probably would come back to this very property again. We had an amazing time.

Peaceful and Relaxing Trip
Wonderful cabin in the mountains with gorgeous views. Love the close location to town. The daily visits from the deer to the cabin was the highlight of our trip! Absolutely loved staying here and would stay here again.

Amazing view and location
The views of Pike's Peak are even better than the pictures. Very secluded and quiet, yet only 10 minutes from a grocery store. The deers come to visit every day. What a treat! TV and internet are there if you want it. We enjoyed a beautiful snow while there the first week of April.

Amazing Views
We had a wonderful time visiting the Rocky Mountains and several landmarks nearby. Celebrated our daughter’s 11th birthday, with mountains views, she was excited to see a different landscape than the farm fields from our home state. Cabin was beautiful and relaxing.

Good mtn place to stay
Woodland Park is a great town to stay in! Lots of great coffee shops and restaurants. The house has a great view from the living room. It is spacious and had plenty of space for our fam of 8. Clean and well stocked too. I would say that the house is at 8600 ft, so several people in our party got altitude sickness. So keep that in mind if traveling from sea level. Have oxygen! Also, there are no drapes or blinds on the master bedroom windows or glass door out to balcony, so if you are wanting to sleep in on vaca, that may not happen. The only real negative experience we had is there was a bees nest being built behind the trim that goes around the front door. Every time we went in and out we were swarmed by bees. I let the management know the first morning we were there, and they responded and said they would send someone out, but they never did. Thankfully none of us got stung! But that was a disappointment that they did not respond to that. Overall, this is a great property, I just wanted to list the negatives for others to be prepared for. If none of those bother you, go for it and enjoy your stay in the mountains:)

Our Woodland CO stay
I wrote a review on Vacasa a few weeks ago as they are the managers of this property and it still hasn't been published, so sharing my thoughts about our stay here too. First off...the photos do justice to the amazing view from this property. It is spectacular. And even with all of the problems we encountered, we as a family enjoyed our time together. That being said, there were multiple issues with this property, more than any other property we have ever stayed at. I texted several times and also had a phone call with a rep yet nothing was addressed during our 7 day stay. 1) Upon arrival, we noticed the screen door screen was ripped...half of it was flapping in the wind. I wanted to be sure they knew we didn't do it. 2) The only outdoor table has a leg that needs screws in it to make it stable to use. 3) The deck railing is VERY loose. If an adult leaned on it, it may just break away. 4) The bathroom off of the kitchen needed new light bulbs. When it was dark out we were unable to use it because there was zero light in there. (And at the rate we paid, I didn't think it was our responsibility to have to replace them ourselves.) 5) One piano bench leg is broken. 6) There were no screens in most of the windows. We had several days in the 70's and the fresh air was lovely. It would have been nice if screens were in place. 7) One of the end chairs on the dining room table is completely unusable as it would break with the weight of an adult sitting on it. 8) The stovetop is an induction cooktop. We were unfamiliar with how to use one so a manual would have been helpful. We googled it only to find out that it requires special pans. The cabinet was full of very old pots and pans and only two of them actually worked with an induction stove...one very small fry pan and one pot to boil water. Nothing else. Why even have pans you can't use??? I had to buy one at the store big enough to cook food for our family. It was disappointing that no one cared to address any of these issues during our stay. Whatever the owners are paying Vacasa...they are being robbed.

Not as portrayed - save your money
The view from the living room is stunning as is the property itself, but we were pretty underwhelmed with the amenities at this house. The property management company seems responsive but for anything on the ground they weren’t very helpful. When i reached out after the trip to relay feedback and see if we could get a partial refund, they declined, citing that we should have informed them about ALL the issues during our stay so they could have fixed (not sure how that would have been possible. ) Our issues: - couldn't get outdoor lights on, so couldn't use the hot tub (the main reason we booked!) - fire pit and fireplace were advertised but then we were told there was a burn ban and we couldn't use. No firewood was provided for indoor fireplace. No lighter for outdoor pit. - Outlets in bathrooms didn't work - no extra sheets or towels. We couldn't use the extra pillows because there were no extra pillow cases - basement was very cold - basement bedrooms were terrible! very uncomfortable beds, old bedding. Just generally creepy. We ended up all sleeping upstairs b/c we felt uncomfortable down there - no dishwashing soap - tiny coffee pot -- not properly cleaned - dirty dishes in drawers - generally old/dingy throw pillows and blankets - rickety patio furniture and only three chairs. The lounge chairs in picture were not there. This place has a lot of potential but as it is now, it’s not worth the cost.

Relaxation!
We had a wonderful time staying here. I was a little nervous about the drive, having not been there. It was no problem! The views were amazing. As with others that stayed, we had deer and birds around daily. Really 4-5 days of much needed R&R!
