Great, quiet location
Everything was as mentioned in thr listing. Zoltan was very accommodating and took care of a few minor issues with grace & care. He was very kind and quick in his response. Would stay again next time in area.

Clean and comfortable
Had a good stay at this location. Place was clean and comfortable. Loved the fact the host took care of the place. The check out instructions were simple and easy to follow. (I hate staying at places where you do all the cleaning, yet still pay a cleaning fee. This host did not do that!!) I would definitely stay here again with this host.

Nice house with plenty of bedrooms for a large family trip. Easy check in and good communication with owner. Clean and use of the garage was nice. Definitely recommend for your colorado springs stay.

Great place for families/groups
Great place to stay! The outdoor spaces are wonderful. Hot tub, bachi ball, fire pit. Lots of space inside. Checkin & checkout process were super easy. There are a lot of rules so make sure you read the listing details. Back deck was great place for meals. Hot tub cover was broken so there was some yard stuff in the hot tub. The place was very clean but few things like grout could be redone in tubs, missing bath tiles, etc Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our family of 5!
We had everything we needed and the location was PERFECT! Hot tub, fire pit and balcony overlooked the beautiful mountain. Not to mention the play area and trampoline for the kiddos. If we’re ever in Colorado Springs again we will definitely stay here again!

Within 20 mins to so many attractions!
Family vacation, 2 parents and 4 kids (16-31). So spacious! Everyone had their own room and space. Plenty of bathrooms/showers. We were with 5 mins of groceries and 20 mins of attractions. Beautiful setting for morning coffee on the deck or by the fire pit. Enjoyed dinner inside and on the deck. Would absolutely go back! Zoltan and Julianna were easily reachable when questions arose. So nice! We did Cave of the Winds and the Teri-dactyl, Seven falls hike, hiked Pulpit Rock, highly recommend feeding the giraffes at Cheyenne mountain Zoo. Many things do require a reservation-so check on line. Would love to go back in Winter!

Perfect Vacation Stay
We had a wonderful experience! I contacted the owner one time about some things that weren’t an emergency (just wanted him to know about) and he was there very quickly to see about it. The house was extremely accommodating for our family of 8. The view on the patio was beautiful!

Great Stay in Colorado Springs
A very relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed the kitchen—we enjoy cooking and it was well furnished and layout was great. House was very spacious for our group of six and the view from deck was beautiful.

Beautiful house in a great location!
My wife and I stayed at this property while visiting Colorado Springs. The house was very clean and stocked with all the essentials. The property owner was great to deal with and replied promptly with any questions I had. The neighbors were also very nice and gave us great information on additional attractions to see. We would highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay, close to shopping, and other attractions owner was very nice and attentivea sandbox, corn hole game, the hot tub and outdoor fire pit were a hit with our group there is a view from the deck onto the mountains that was a plus for us also. Owner is improving place, there was some construction items on the property but did not hinder our stay.

Location and house where amazing. Spectacular views both at night and day.
Positive: beautiful house and nice views day and night. hot tub was amazing. Neg: home owner was at house doing construction during our stay and with nothing but daughters it was a little uncomfortable to enjoy property. Neighbor called landlord on my daughters because they where doing tiktoks outside in front yard . the house nextdoor was vacant and daughters use drive way for more snow pics. Lanlord showed up to cut there fun. Started feeling uncomfortable and feeling like we were being watched. We left 30 mins late after check out and got scolded for it, as landlord was already outside. Then asked if neighbors and himself can come over to view star. Felt very uncomfortable and watched. Won't return to this house but will return to Colorado
