“The staff are fantastic and so friendly, making the stay really comfortable. However, the outdoor pool was quite dirty, including the loungers and the pool surfaces with bird poo and staining on the tiles. Also our room did not have air conditioning and it was extremely hot and uncomfortable to sleep the first night. After this we had fans on which the hotel supplied. We had a lovely stay despite the small issues. ”

“Whole building is on a bit of slant which makes moving around your room interesting. Restaurant food was not good. Beer was warm. Hamburger was tasteless. Pancakes were hard to cut. ”

“My wife & I decided we needed a "just the two of us" getaway, & this establishment flashed up as a great deal for our time-frame. it's easy to reach off the M4, which was great, & even on a Friday evening it wasn't a bark to get to even though we were expecting commuter traffic. We were quickly checked in & allocated our room (#8, ground floor rear of the court yard, nearest the car park!). We weren't at all disappointed with the quality, size & comfort of this recently decorated haven. Lovely...
