“The floor is sticky, in the kitchen-dining room. There were cockroaches and bugs. Although there were bugs even in drawers. The carpets in the rooms are stained and dirty. The dishwasher doesn't work. There are no basic kitchen things, like a strainer, or kitchen scissors. One week, 4 people, 4 bath towels, none for hands, several small ones. “Nice place, close to Metro and great neighborhood with many restaurants and things to do. Too bad the pool and hot tub were closed down for the season it was still in the 80’s in mid October. Really, no complaints about our stay. Highly recommend!”

“This unit is managed by an offsite property manager who is basically non-responsive. Owners would not communicate at all. It took 1-2 days to hear from property manager about some significant problems - broken cable for internet connection that we figured out how to fix ourselves after two days with no connection, barely any water flowing from bathroom sink, no hot water in kitchen and shower, uncollected garbage that was strewn around parking area, and the list goes on. No items were fixed...

“The three bedrooms and two bathrooms was a great fit for us and our two adult kids. Location was nice. We were disappointed that the main bedroom distinctly smelled of urine when we arrived. The property manager sent over cleaners who changed all the bedding, mopped the floors and removed the rug. ”

“The apartment is well appointed and has parking spots very close to the apartment. We had no problem with sound except hearing a few footsteps from the upstairs apartment. The place itself is very comfortable and incredibly well organized with labels on most things. I’ve never experienced this in a rental property before but the host had drinks and snacks available. “A good place to stay - no issues at all. It was quiet, clean, comfortable. Communication was good - no problem checking in. Easy to get into DC on the Metro. You can walk to the Eisenhower station in about 15 or 20 minutes. But there is also plenty of parking available in a lot at the station for $8 a day. We used a car to get around Alexandria. ”

“It was very clean and well maintained. It has full sized washer/dryer that came in handy. Location is an easy Uber/Lyft ride downtown. The unit is spacious with 2 full baths and surprisingly comfortable beds. Wished for bedside table lamps. Living room furniture is "well loved" but functional. Each unit has only 1 parking space but there is free parking on the street for any additional vehicles.”
