The property was not expensive and location was good. However, the TV and controller didn’t work.
In this age a working Television and handset are basic. Neither were good. The unit was very basic but that’s okay if it has a working television. Lack of air conditioning was very noticeable in the humidity and the fans need replacing too.

Have stayed at a few different buildings in Sawtell and this one would have to rate the lowest. Dirty lounge and carpet. Kitchen was ok. Bathroom cramped and a bit old but was ok. Wouldn't stay again.
