Unfortunately, there was a water pipe break during our stay and we were relocated to another Big4. The new location was far from the attractions (main beach, jetty, etc.) and had to drive everywhere, which made it inconvenient with a family. We selected the spot for the kiddie pool and location and weren’t able to take advantage. Although they allowed us to move it was a downer for the trip.

It was basic and clean but the shower was not that good. When you turn in the shower it vibrates and there is a loud noise like a jack hammer.

Great cabin with a lot of thought into being children friendly. Great pool and play area. Staff were very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Booked a Surf Villa through Wotif, only to discover later that it was actually a Duplex villa. When I tried to change this to a stand alone villa (Ocean Villa), through the Big 4, all stand alone's had already been booked out. We stuck with the booking, but 3 nights with another family's noise heard through the connecting door during the night times - was unpleasant. Wotif need to be clearer in their advertising of this room as we would never have opted for a duplex!

The beach cabin was spacious and set amongst very well maintained tropical gardens. The pool was fabulous for kids.

Very disappointed in this park. We arrived after check in time and our room wasn’t ready. The pool wasn’t in use which was not advertised or advised at time of booking. The shop closed early with no communication given to park guests.

Great property, just disappointed pool was closed, game room , Foxtel didn’t work . Hired a bike and ride the near by trails with kids which was awesome! Love to come back again but wouldn’t get the villa near beach as it’s not really ocean view.

Close to the beach, shops and restaurant. Close to Sportz Central where my son went to play basketball tournament. Clean and quite place to stay. Our villa is good size for a fam of 3. Safe and secure swipe access on the gate leading to the beach. Pool is very nice, other amenities available to enjoy. Like basketball court on site. Wide space for kids to enjoy cycling. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this to friends.

It's in a great location close to the beach and with fun things to do for our kids. We were offered an upgrade to a Surf Villa which which we appreciated. Although we did have trouble getting to sleep due to the position of the cabin and traffic and also the fan in the kids room had a loud clunking sound (it had duck tape on it).
