Ubicado a solo 10 minutos del centro de Coeur d’Alene, el Skyview Perch ofrece una escapada de lujo con vistas impresionantes al lago y al bosque. La arquitectura en toda la casa lo sorprenderá, incluida la construcción de postes y vigas, pisos de nogal y molduras de aliso nudoso, puertas y gabinetes. 

Perfecta para entretener o reunir a la familia, la sala de estar principal tiene un estilo de concepto abierto. La gran cocina gourmet cuenta con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Su grupo encontrará mucho espacio para cenar con asientos para 3 en la isla de la cocina y asientos para 8 en la mesa de madera en el comedor adyacente (y espacioso). 

Justo al lado de la cocina, la sala de estar del piso principal cuenta con una hermosa chimenea de piedra, un televisor grande, amplios asientos de alta gama, vistas panorámicas y fácil acceso a la enorme terraza. En la planta baja encontrarás una impresionante área de entretenimiento con una segunda sala de estar y una gran sala de juegos. 

Envuelto en ventanas con impresionantes vistas del noroeste, esta segunda sala de estar está equipada con cómodos asientos, una enorme televisión y una chimenea. ¡También hay un fantástico bar con un refrigerador para vinos y un microondas ubicado en la esquina! A solo unos pasos, la sala de juegos cuenta con una mesa de billar de gama alta, tablero de dardos y un montón de espacio para que todos se unan a la diversión.

Con cinco habitaciones y cuatro baños completos, esta lujosa casa podrá dormir cómodamente a todos. Perfecto para los niños, también hay un altillo con dos camas individuales y dos camas individuales. El dormitorio principal está ubicado en el piso principal y cuenta con una cama king y un baño adjunto con dos lavabos, una bañera de hidromasaje y una ducha. Ubicado en el mismo piso, el segundo maestro también tiene una cama king, además de un baño adjunto con ducha / bañera.

Great spot for a girls work retreat
The house was perfect for our party of seven collegues/friends. We were able to host some "work" at the dining table, but also all have our own beds and have a lot of space to spread out and enjoy. We even had an epic nerf gun battle. The views are spectacular and this family home is really well maintained. Just a quick drive down the hill and all the Sherman Street and CDA has to offer is right there. Would absolutely recommend.

Beautiful home
I highly enjoyed our stay, this beautiful house provided enough room, comfort and also activity on the rare occasions when we weren’t out hiking. All of the rooms are nicely decorated and I just loved the different room decoration themes. I have never enjoyed an Air B&B as much as I have enjoyed this one. Wedding Weekend Bliss
We were in town for a wedding and had a group of friends and family staying at this venue. It was so spacious and wonderful for a big group. Only caveat is that the loft is right over the kitchen so depending on who is sleeping up there, you may have to keep it quieter at night. The property was beauiful. We were there over the fourth of July and caught many different firework shows!

Perfect house for a group to have the best vaca
This place was exactly what we needed, wanted, and thought we signed up for and MORE! It was beautiful inside and out! Lovely views, all the amenities you need/want. Fully stocked kitchen (We cooked for 13 people for a full week), lots of space for a group to not feel on top of one another, lots of seating for lounging and dinning (inside and out), bedrooms were great: spacious, great bathrooms and beds are large and very comfortable. We used every aspect this house offered and it was perfect! The street is at the top of the hill which offers great views but I wouldn't send younger kids down it on bikes and it's too far to walk to town or the water. Town/main street (Sherman) was an easy 10 min drive for dinning, shopping, the beach, park, etc. We would stay here again and absolutely recommend this home. Thank you for sharing your home with us for our family reunion/vacation. You helped us make wonderful memories in CDA.

Great family vacation!
We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay at Skyview Perch! The location was great, close to downtown Coeur d’Alene. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was perfect to host our extended family. The common areas were roomy, the kitchen was furnished with everything we needed to cook, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable! Communication with the property management company was prompt and helpful. It was a wonderful stay!

Perfect spot to celebrate Dad’s 70th!
We had quite a group in town from DFW to celebrate my Dad’s 70th bday. There was more than enough room and space for us to spread out. We loved using the hot tub each afternoon. Easy to get into town! Loved our stay!

Spectacular stay at SkyView Perch
We are so grateful to have rented SkyView Perch for our family Thanksgiving getaway. We stayed here very comfortably with 10 adults and we were able to cook a full holiday meal in the kitchen. We played games and built puzzles on the high top square table that seats 8. The views are incredible with colorful sunrises over Lake Coeur d’Alene and the house is beautiful, just as advertised. The instructions were easy and the communication was great. We went to downtown Coeur d’Alene and also the opposite direction to Wolf Lodge in just a few minutes. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the family for opening their home.

Can’t thank you enough! The house was amazing, the views were spectacular and there was plenty of fun packed all in the house. From the pool table to the hot tub to the huge private patio overlooking the Idaho Mountains and Lake Coeur d’Alene. The large open floor plan keeps everyone together. Wonderful property - was perfect for our family.
The property was beautiful! But the Property Management was terrible!! Checked in on a Friday and needed some things on Saturday and their response was that they would tell their team and get back with us (never got back to us!) - asked again on Sunday - another response that they would talk to their team and get back with us with a plan - NEVER heard back from them. We didn't think the property management was throughly cleaning the house. Floors were sticky in some places, outdoor grill didn't work, stingy of soaps, toilet paper, one of the bathrooms shower curtain had pink mildew all along the bottom of the shower curtain (up about one foot), one blow dryer was so matted with hair I couldn't bring myself to use it! I asked a head of time if there were blow dryers and they assured me there was one in every bathroom - only one between 4 bathrooms that was useable. We had to adjust our planned meals in hopes to use the outdoor grill on Monday, it was ok but not as convenient as this was our vacation. Excellent service from Property Management on Monday - they came and fixed everything that we asked, the worker was friendly and kind. So - with all that said, we were inconvenienced for the weekend which was unfortunate. Hope you don't need anything over a weekend. So, renter beware. We also suggest that grab bars be installed in the bathrooms and the tubs were very slippery.

Could have been a lot cleaner
Upon arrival, the first few things we noticed were the hot tub was greenish, the sauna was full of spider webs, 3 of the 4 pool sticks were broken to some degree and there were candy wrappers all throughout the house, even a Capri Sun juice pouch between couch cushions. The grossest thing I saw was my hand towel in the master bathroom was folded cute, but above the folded part, there were two globs of toothpaste on the towel, showing it was a dirty towel the cleaners had hung up for the next renter to use. The wood floors thru the main floor were so dirty that my bare feet were nearly black within the first hour of being in the house. When a renter is charged hundreds of dollars for a cleaning fee, they should be able to walk into a clean home. This home was slightly surface cleaned (at best) before our arrival and when we asked Vacation rental authority to refund us the cleaning fee, we were told the cleaners took over 200 pictures and that they sent someone after the cleaners to do a quality control check and that everything looked great. We asked to see some of those 200 pictures and they never responded. We have no problem paying a large cleaning fee for rentals that are CLEAN when we arrive, but were floored that they weren't willing to refund us while staying in a dirty home. The house itself had a pretty good layout (except the sleeping configuration was different than what was advertised) & our family enjoyed staying except for the fact that many elements were not as they were advertised. We would not recommend staying in any homes that Vacation Rental Authority manages/hosts. *I will say they sent someone out to treat the hot tub after we notified them the hot tub was green, but that should have been done prior to anyone renting this home in the first place & the person who treated the hot tub never knocked on the door to let us know he was there.

Beautiful and spacious home
This house was perfect for our family vacation (6 adults and 5 kids). It is beautiful, spacious, well-maintained and well-furnished. We enjoyed spending time on the large deck and had pleasant evenings in the hot tub. It is a quick and easy drive into CDA. The hot tub needed maintenance when we arrived. The management company was excellent and responded to our maintenance request the next day. I would highly recommend this property.
