Anniversary trip
The condo was beautiful. It had everything we could hope for and was very comfortable for a long weekend away. Very easy access to everything Coeur d'Alene has to offer.

Lovely stay and the incredible Boardwalk
Had a lovely stay at this "swanky" condo. Perfect styling for my taste and style. Excellent location. Boardwalk, river, trail, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Definitely stay here again.

Great space, great location!
We enjoyed our stay at the Bellerive - beautifully decorated unit with everything needed. Walks along the docks, and the nearby centennial trail. Convenient dining options in the complex, and walking distance away.

Good but not great
Lots of great things and excellent location. A few small things just needed to be improved like there were only 3 bowls, lots of walls with empty hooks where pictures had been, the tires on all the bikes were flat and unusable, the AC turned off every night, we couldn’t access the parking garage and had to park across the street. Overall, we would stay there again, but wished some of these details were resolved

Great location
This condo is located along the Spokane River (no river view) with two restaurants on the ground floor. Both were great! The condo is very comfortable with all the amenities needed. The guest guide was missing from the room, but the email was sufficient for helping us settle in. We had a great stay and would recommend this space to our friends.

Beautiful place in a great location. Condo was beautiful inside and out. Included all the amenities you’d need. Flo was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. Enjoyed the boardwalk and La Peep’s for breakfast. Loved renting e-bikes and riding the Centennial Trail.

Great location and beautiful condo
Condo was amazing, beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed! The blinds are electric and remote controlled so allow to close both sets at varying lengths or all the way. We all slept great! Loved having coffee and my favorite creamer in the unit for us. The area provides a very relaxing environment and we loved walking on the boardwalk each night and early morning. Very convenient to have close access to many restaurants. My daughter loved the pull out couch. The only thing we wished was river facing unit and less spiders on the balcony otherwise it was perfect! :) We will definitely stay again when back in town. Property manager was great!

Beautiful!
Great place and location! It's a brisk 40 minute walk from the property to downtown on the Centennial Path (safe and beautiful). Flo was quick to respond to my many questions and was so kind. Just an FYI, if you're sensitive to morning light waking you up, bring an eye mask. The beautiful 2-story windows do not have coverings and there are no bedroom walls to block the light . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Modern industrial cool location in CDL
We love staying in this modern Condo with full amenities. The pictures in the ad are quite accurate. The Natural Decor was beautiful. The little breakfast restaurant next door LaPeeps what's excellent. I would say we were under the impression that we were actually having a view of the river as opposed to being located on the river but having a view of the parking lot. This condo is located on the front side of the building not the river side of the building. And currently. There is construction going on in the complex in front of the building, but overall the landscaping is beautiful and we were very happy here. Our host was very available and accommodating. 👍👍

Luxurious is the wrong word used to describe this property. The furniture was outdoor furniture and completely uncomfortable. The bed was like a cot. Pictures were taken off the walls with the nails left up. There were a ton of outlets but we couldn’t figure out which ones worked as they were connected to the light switches. There was no privacy curtains and cobwebs all over the place. Also, the covered balcony was wet. Very disappointing for the price! Would like my money back.

Swanky and comfy!
Very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Kids enjoyed the accommodations also and we plan to come back in the summer for a family function and summer excursions. Flo was excellent to communicate with and responded right away when we forgot our keys and were locked out.

Wonderful!
Flo was great to work with, responded quickly and answered all my questions. I traveled with my family so I loved that the building was locked and the penthouse itself was clean, comfortable, and beautiful, all while being trendy! The Riverstone district had everything we needed within walking distance like playgrounds, jogging and dog walking trails, and coffee and food! Highly recommend and will stay here again!

The property title says it all, luxurious!
Location, accommodations, and overall feel and look of the penthouse was absolutely prime! Enjoyed the proximity of restaurants, stores, coffee shop, and cinema, especially enjoyed brunch at LePeep on the ground floor of the building. Will definitely return during the summer for summer fun and activities!
