excellent location
Easy to find, older condo but apartment was furnished very nice. Bedroom door was locked but we managed to get in. Showing some wear, but very clean. Large balcony directly facing the beach. Got to see a rocket launch. Enjoyed the large planes from the AFB flying over. Also shrimp boats at night. Would definitely stay again. Elevator out of order one day but promptly fixed. Highly recommend

Beautiful location!
Excellent location. Loved the view. Cushions on dining chairs and sofa could use some TLC. Extra bedroom closet was full of things so hard to hang clothes. Overall though, was a nice place. We would stay again!!

Fantastic location
Almost everything about this rental was perfect. The location is phenomenal (quiet beach on a quiet stretch of AIA but still a short drive to everything you could need), it couldn't be easier to get on to the beach itself, and the views from the condo are amazing. The cleaning crew did a great job and the unit felt clean when we arrived. There are beach items in the garage, but just a warning that a lot of it is just leftover junk (a lot of broken boogie boards). A few things worth mentioning: this unit is not upgraded at all. The furnishings seem to be 15-20 years old at least, and the couches and chairs in particular are getting kind of gross. For example, you come in after a day at the beach and take a shower and feel like a million bucks, only to go sit on the couch and have your clean clothes start to smell. Also, the cushions on the patio furniture are so old that the stuffing is coming out. I think in a previous review someone said that they brought one of the "pool chairs" from below up, and that was the one we ended up using the most because it didn't have fabric. I almost went and brought another one up but couldn't bring myself to do it. A couple more things: the dishwasher racks are so old that multiple tines are completely rusted away (but it still works), and the pool is really small and seemed gross (although someone did come to clean it while we were there.) Overall, I would recommend this place and would definitely return. Just hope they upgrade.

Amazing
We really enjoyed our stay. Sunrise off the balcony on the ocean side and sun set on the other side over the Indian river. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to be convenient. We watched a rocket launch from the balcony!! Incredible. It was nice having a pool to go to as well as beach front. Didn’t have to pack up drinks or food for the beach because we just walked up to the condo and got what we needed. Beds were comfortable. Pillows absolutely were terrible but that is my only complaint. The property manager was amazing. Had an issue with the sliding door on the tub in the master and she had it repaired right away. I really wish there was a community grill. I know HOA’s are strict about that but it would have been nice to be able to grill. We made do. We will absolutely stay there again.

Nice property. Great location for minimal people on beach.
Love the garage - older couples - min. children - pool behind (not on ocean - but nice). Like it much more than units by Cocoa Beach pier for twice the price.

Plus: Clean and nicely situated. Minus: 3 TV's but none worked. Cisco remote controls for living room and bedroom were unable to change channels. One in 2nd bedroom was connected to rabbit ears antenna and essentially received nothing. Sent two online reports and left one voicemail when no one answered phone -all seeking help. Never received a single reply by phone or email during entire 10 day stay. After asking about garage and parking got no reply. Finally found a set of keys and garage door opener hidden behind a bag of sea shells on our 5th day. By then we had bought beach umbrella and chair. Later found they were in the garage. Still don't know what two of the other keys were for. Sliding glass door to porch in living room was extremely hard to open. Vacation Central Florida sent emails on our arrival that said this, "We want everything to be as enjoyable as possible, so if you have any issues, please use the form below to let us know or if there is anything we can do for you! We strive for excellence and want to ensure that you and your family are having a blast! Our goal is to always provide outstanding accommodations at amazing prices! Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay better! " They never responded or provided any help at all.

Wonderful Stay, With Suggestions.
I would recommend this property to anyone. The property was very nice and the location and view was spectacular. We will definitely be back. I would of given this property 5 stars in every category except for the following: • The garage door opener did not work. We had no idea. We were told that it was easy to open. What we were not told was to not open it all the way that it gets stuck. It remained open for the last half of the week We also had a problem with unit 103 parking over the line and with no other parking spaces we had no where to park. We couldn’t get them to answer the door when we went to their door. • Finally, the sheets on the master bed had holes in them. Very unhappy about this, I would suggest replacing the sheets. I saw this same complaint in a previous review and felt sure it was addressed. I guess not. With all that said I would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Great Ocean View
The condo is nicely decorated. The view of and the access to the ocean is incredible. We had a minor issue the first day. I called the property manager and they came over a few hours later. Very responsive. This is our second time staying in this complex. We like the quiet residential neighborhood.

Just what I was looking for!
I definitely enjoyed this place , oceanfront, peace and quiet and private beach. Two bedrooms and two baths great for family with children. A little outdated but not too bad. One car garage. Small pool next to parking lot but it’s never full, and the kiddos enjoyed it . I’ll definitely rent it again.

Luxury at an affordable price
Really look back on our stay as just the right atmosphere for relaxation after a days travel and a10 hour flight from Europe. We loved being that close to Cape Canaveral. This property has a lovely secluded beach and and open view of the night sky, no lights. I was unfamiliar with this company,but after a little confusion on my part I was able to decipher the three different names on the paper work as the company had been renamed. The parking garage was a plus. We will return.

Worth it for the View
Overall it was a beautiful condo. The pictures on the site do not do it justice. The space was huge. The sheets/towels need to be updated as some of them are old and dingy and my pillow had an old blood stain on the case. The guest room has one full size bed and one queen. The Condo pool is in the parking lot (very odd) and it is very small. Parking was an issue. We had 6 adults staying with us and 3 vehicles. We had to have some people park in a grassy lot across the street. The elevator is very old, 1000 degrees, and unreliable. We had our coolers and luggage in the elevator and it got stuck for over an hour with out things inside. Luckily no PEOPLE were in the elevator (because it was way too sketchy). When we called the Property Manager to find out who to call or what to do about the elevator being stuck, she did not even greet me on the phone before she told me she couldn't talk and told me she would call me back (why bother answering then?). She did not even give me the opportunity to tell her our issue before she hung up. We did not hear back from her until 2 hours later. Thankfully we were able to find other people to help us. So that put a bit of a damper on the entire experience. The location of the condo was good because there were not a lot of tourists on the beach, but it was also $10 each way to take an uber to the downtown area. Make sure to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags because they are not kidding when they say only ONE of these are provided. Two bathrooms, ONE roll of toilet paper. The view is amazing, and the walk to the beach from the room is short. There were turtle nests all along the beach. You cannot drink alcohol on the beach in front of the condo which was unfortunate considering we were told we could.
