Nuestro increíble, independiente Townhouse ofrece más privacidad que se encuentra en otro lugar.

La Casa cuenta con dos dormitorios principales, que es grande si se viaja con otras parejas, compañeros de trabajo o amigos!

El Townhouse está VISTA AL MAR (no frente al mar), pero todavía ofrece impresionantes vistas al mar y acceso directo a la playa por nuestra pasarela de playa privada.

Nuestro Townhouse maestro doble tiene 4 dormitorios con 3 baños y su propio balcón privado con vistas al magnífico Océano Atlántico. Disfruta de los amaneceres sobre las aguas cálidas mientras se toma café o té y charlando con los amigos. ¡Qué gran manera de disfrutar verdaderamente unas vacaciones!

Fantastic Location
Cannot beat the location, walking distance to anything and everything! Communication was great was able to also check in early, which was greatly appreciated since it was Christmas. Downfall, pool picture deceiving the pool is very small. If you are not an ocean person you will be disappointed by the pool. Smoke detectors went off in the bedrooms two nights out of three nights, which was very inconvenient with cathedral ceilings. Additionally ,a lot of outlets in the kitchen did not work however we made it work by moving the coffee pot and toaster.

Impressive stay Cocoa Beach
I go barefoot constantly and my feet were black the first day. The microwave was broke but they had a counter microwave. Maintenance called to let us know the dishwasher was broke. And, we used the washer and it coded F3 and E1. No dish towels foans it coded F3 an1 and E3 constantly.

Had hiccup with my entry code call realtors office no response I got assistance from VRBO. Realtor never gave me a follow up call?? I left the unit cleaner than when we arrived. Fortunately the beach made up for it all my grands enjoyed it and the kitchen came more Equipped than expected.

Large condo with beach access
We stayed at the condo during hurricane Martin, a category one hurricane when it reached Cocoa beach. The maintenance staff was great. They moved the patio furniture inside and answered all our questions. The power stayed on.

Best beach location in Cocoa Beach for large groups
Loved the property. After a few minor repairs, we were up to speed. We had three families together for a wonderful beach week including 4 kiddos! Host was so present and ready to lend any assistance. This is GEM! We will plan to return ASAP!

Weekend getaway
We had a great stay and the location was perfect. The condo was very clean and had plenty of space for us to all spread out. Had a nice view from the porch. Even though it wasn't ocean front it was still on the beach we still had a nice view. Beach chairs and beach toys for the kids was nice also. Would definitely stay there again.

Only sleeps 8 & overall not impressed
Very disappointed that it is listed as sleeping 10 people but in reality it only sleeps 8. There were 2 roll away beds stored in a closet upstairs but no where to put them to allow use of them unless you wanted to carry them down stairs to the living room. Not enough regular towels or beach towels provided for all 10 people and only a handful of wash cloths were available. Appliances were run down / broken. Pool is VERY small (more like a hot tub) with only 2 loungers available poolside. Also had issues with tiny ants all over the kitchen area & counters. Check in & out was easy and the beach access was great but overall not impressed.

Cocoa beach
First off this place is gigantic. I loved pulling into a private garage and taking elevator to the main floor with all our luggage and groceries. Short walk on a board walk to the beach. Pool was small but it was always empty. We had an air conditioner issue and they responded immediately and it was fixed. Definitely recommend this condo.

We loved the space at this condo. It was perfect for a large group of teens, young adults and the parents - areas conducive to privacy and togetherness depending on the person’s needs. The complementary bottle of wine was delightful. The beach was close by and it was nice there were beach towels and beach toys. Thank you!

Wonderful vacation
The property was lovely, just steps away from the beach via the boardwalk. You could sit out on the deck off of the family room and kitchen with a view of the ocean, which we did every morning and evening. The condo was huge and had lots of room for our family of seven to enjoy. The beds were comfortable and the elevator down to the garage was a blessing for luggage and groceries. A couple of suggestions - not enough paper products in the bathrooms and paper towels for the kitchen, a couple more of each would have been great, one dish towel and wash cloth, two would be wonderful - we purchased a few things and left them there for subsequent use. It would have been great to have a larger skillet - the one there is small and with 7 people to cook for it would have been lovely to have. We really enjoyed getting to know the maintenance guy, the pool was having issues and he was right on it. Our grandson loved the pool. We will be back to Cocoa Beach in the future - great place! So enjoyed everything. Thank you!

Loved the property! We have stayed several times and we’ll definitely be back! Wish there were some cleaning supplies available for guests. We brought some of our own (left a broom there) but that’s my only suggestion.

Beautiful home, perfect location!
My family loved our stay here. It’s so close to the beach, and the home had everything we needed, including comfortable beds and sofas. We loved having our own garage and elevator to help us get a few groceries upstairs. My six year old especially enjoyed the pool and having a bubble bath in the jacuzzi tub! We were able to easily walk to the beach and to Ron Jon surf shop (a favorite for our preteen), and several restaurants and a nice mini golf course were close by. We also enjoyed an easy day trip to the Kennedy Space Center. Our hosts even thought of nice details like leaving us some fun snacks for the kids, bottles of water, and a bottle of wine for the grownups! All around, this was a great place to be!

Better fix the step on stairs inside
Nice spacious accommodations, however that chipped step needs fixin or someone is going to get hurt. Laundry room a plus. Kind of a weird setup with all the gates to get to beach and pool. The pool was far from pristine clean, no one showed up to clean it even after requesting it needed to be., Would have been nicer to have it clean. A bit warm in some of the bedrooms. Beach wasn’t crowded so that’s a plus for sure.!

Nice location and view
The location was great. The place was also very nice. It was very big and had a great view. We did have some Some minor issues..The information listed was not accurate for the property manager ( so there was a slight issue with check in) . There was no grill on site which sucked because it advertised there was so we bought steaks the first night… No broiler pan either so we ended up having to return the steaks . One of the rails on the balcony was broken and not attached at the top so we just had to be Cautious of that . It also advertised beach chairs but there were none at the condo. There were No paper towels at all and only 3 rolls of toilet paper . Other than the minor issues it was a great stay.

Communication is key
The only redeeming aspects are the proximity to the beach and the elevator. We stayed here over a weekend with 8 guests ages 6-70+. Lights didn’t work in several rooms, difficult to use in most of them. Grill wasn’t there, as listed it would be, so we had all the food to cook, but had to change plans. No sheets at all for two of the beds, had to sleep with the extra comforters we did find as sheets. Tried to contact the owners earlier in the day and after we discovered issues on Thursday; it’s Sunday and we still haven’t received a reply. One thin dish towel, no dishwasher detergent, but we’re expected to run the dishwasher when we checked out. Broken tile (unattached and cones off) on the edge of a top step, very dangerous. Broken chairs, Jack and Jill toilet kept clogging through no fault of ours.

Family Spring Break
Great condo for a large group! We had 10 total, 4 adults and 6 kids, and the size was perfect for us. Condo had some nice updates, including a large fridge and smaller fridge for drinks. Plenty of towels and beach stuff for the kids to play with. Location is perfect only being about a 1 beer walk to the pier and close to the Sandbar for food. If I was going to criticize one thing, it would be the key locks. We had trouble unlocking/locking with the key. I think a keypad lock would be nice for when the group isn't all together.

Beach Getaway
We enjoyed our stay very much. The townhome accommodated our multi-generational group very well. However, I didn't give it a 5-star rating because for the price, I expected the townhome to be better maintained. I'm sure at one time it was very lovely, but the showers needed to be upgraded. Linens are overly used and the grout in the shower looks dirty and dingy and needed to be replaced. The handle of the sliding doors leading to the porch was broken and needs to be replaced. The upstairs balcony sliding door latch and front door knob are corroded. Some of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. Air conditioning is an issue. The downstairs bedroom is hot and people sleeping upstairs complained they were freezing. I think this is more of a maintenance issue than anything else because efforts were made to accommodate us, communication was excellent, and we appreciated the snacks and bottle of wine that greeted us. It is an older complex that would benefit from better maintenance. The deck around the pool wasn't swept -- cigar butts and bird poop littered the concrete. More furniture is needed on the porch to accommodate larger parties. There was only seating for 4.
