Beware: Lies, Last-Minute Cancellations, and No Refund!
I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with this property. I booked the place and everything seemed fine until one day before my trip, when the reservation was abruptly canceled. Initially, I was told that the property was being sold and that all reservations were being canceled. However, I later discovered the same listing on another platform, which was a blatant lie.When I confronted them, they changed their story, claiming the owner needed the apartment for a friend. The dishonesty and lack of professionalism were shocking. To make matters worse, I still have not received a refund for the reservation, leaving me not only out of accommodations but also out of a significant amount of money.This experience completely disrupted my travel plans and caused unnecessary stress. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property and its management, as their actions show a complete lack of respect and integrity.
