The property corresponds to the exclusive rental of the ground floor.The upper floor is inhabited, but the spaces are completely independent to ensure their privacy. The garden is for exclusive use of the ground floor guests, where you can relax and enjoy the evenings outdoors. The ground floor has everything you see in the photos , ensuring a carefree stay.
There are air conditioning and gas heating in the accomodation. Heating should not be set above 22°C, which we believe is the ideal temperature for your stay.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.
Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
