Nueva y cómoda villa de 2 dormitorios ubicada en el corazón de la ciudad de Santa Teresa, colina arriba, dentro de la comunidad cerrada "Paradise Hills".
La tranquilidad simple de las montañas, junto con las comodidades que ofrece la casa serán perfectas para unas vacaciones relajantes en Costa Rica.
Casa Majestic tiene capacidad para 4 personas. Tiene una terraza, donde puede disfrutar de la vista al mar más hermosa o simplemente tomar una copa en la piscina privada.
A 5 minutos (1 km) de la hermosa playa de arena blanca, lugares para practicar surf, tiendas y restaurantes.
2 dormitorios (2 en suite) y 3 baños. Cada habitación con aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo.
Cocina totalmente equipada. TV vía satélite, terraza con mesa de comedor, sofás, mesa de billar profesional y parrilla de barbacoa.
Mucho espacio abierto, puertas corredizas de vidrio a la piscina al otro lado de la casa, sala de estar para relajarse en la terraza.

Nice Property

Only complaint would be the close proximity of neighbors. The house below us seemded to have a lot of traffic coming and going during the day. Not that big of a deal, just not the seclus.ion that we expected. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous View

My husband, 8 year old daughter and I stayed at Casa Majestic for 4 nights. The house is clean and pictures are accurate. It is equipped with the basics only, so be sure to bring what you think you may need. You must have a 4x4 to get to the house. As others mentioned in their reviews, the hill is very steep and rugged. Most people traveling up and down the hill were on motorcycles or 4 wheelers. We ventured down the hill once a day to explore the area etc. (Montezuma Waterfalls, Manzanillo, Santa Teresa). Super Ronny 2 was very convenient for snacks, drinks etc. for the house. We really liked having our morning coffee, reading and taking in the views each day. If you are looking for a nice place to enjoy peace and quiet, then Casa Majestic is it.

Beautiful villa

The house is spectacular. I read reviews that stated you don’t need a 4wd vehicle. That’s completely wrong, it’s crazy challenging roads to get to the place but with 4wd it’s drivable. It feels like you are in the Wild West. Pick up groceries and supplies in cobana before you arrive. You need to pick up anything you need including oil, spices and paper towels etc. It can be a bit noisy as atv’S are zipping by. We totally enjoyed our stay. Amanda was very quick in responding to inquiries and very helpful.

Great house at the end of the world

New, clean house. Great view. BUT very difficult road that absolutely needed a 4X4 and experienced dirt-road driver to access. 15 minutes from Santa Teresa, straight up!

Loved it!

A phenomenal view from a great property! Tucked up atop a hill, outside of town, Casa Majestic is a bit of a trek, but totally aler it if you’re wanting to be or of the hustle of town. Up and down a couple of times and it’s really a fun drive with so much scenery to take in along the way. The kitchen is very well stocked with all of the essentials which was great for us as we love to cook at the house after fishing. They have everything you’ll need. Amanda was amazingly helpful and always available. It’s great to have a hostess like her when traveling :) The house is nice; simple, yet offers all of the amenities we needed. The pool is fantastic and the ocean view from the pool is stellar! We would totally stay again.

Fun house with amazing views

We had a great experience at the house. It's located in the hills far away from the noise of the main road of Santa Teresa. Amazing views of the ocean on one side and the jungle on the other. The property manager was always responsive very quickly with any questions.

Great spot with cool layout and amazing views!

Really clean new home up out of the dust of Santa Teresa, with amazing views of both the ocean and the mountains depending on which way you look. Unique layout, in that the interior of the house consists of only 2 beds, 2 baths, and a kitchen. The living area of the house, including the tv and pool table are outside. Worked really well for us, and we enjoyed all the outdoor time. Best part of the rental was Mercedes, the property manager. She went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. When the coffee maker broke, she had a new one still in the box, delivered w/in 20 minutes. Seems like I was constantly bothering her with something, and she was quick to respond, incredibly courteous, and totally helpful. As stated elsewhere, it’s a bit of a ride up a steep hill to get to, but that’s what you have to do to get the views. The only knocks I could have on the property, is that currently there’s a construction site directly in front of the house. However, I assume it will be completed soon and not an issue for much longer. Also, the majority of the development was constructed with all the homes clustered together very closely, I’m assuming for efficiency running utilities. As a result there’s less privacy than other mountainside homes we’ve rented in Costa Rica. But it really didn’t affect us that much. I’d definitely recommend it here!

Very happy with our stay at Casa Majestic!

This property was just as advertised. It hit every important item on our checklist: Quiet Clean Safe Great pool Great view It is at the top of a mountain, off the busy main road. We walked down and up it one day, for a great workout. Bedrooms had AC, but we really didn't need it often. We spent a lot of time in the pool, with the great views of the ocean and mountains. Plenty of jungle life in the area. Also, the road is restricted by a gate, so with the caretaker's house nearby and the gate, we felt very safe up there. The kitchen was well-appointed, but the coffee machine baffled us; we never really figured it out, but were able to squeeze out a couple of cups every day. The pool table was not quite usable, as the cues were quite warped, with no tips, but I totally expected that for an outdoor jungle pool table :). Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and good linens. Wifi was excellent. Mercedes was a great host. She was always available and accommodating.
