We were sold already when the gentle horses came up to us to let us pet them when we arrived but the whole experience was lovely for my husband, 4-year-old, 9-month-old and dog and I. “Property was as described, older cottage and clean. In a very quiet neighborhood up the road from the National Park Sandstone Visitors Center. There was quite a bit of train activity, up to 6 passes in the middle of the night. We knew about it from other reviews and it didn’t really bother us. We woke up and fell back asleep. ”

“We visited New River Gorge for my son's senior trip. He loves to fish so we wanted to stay close to the water. This home was perfect! The river was just across the road with easy access. The house was as described and had everything we needed for a comfortable 5 night stay. The host was wonderful and quickly responded to my questions. We loved our time on the New River!”
