Nice stay!
We had a nice, cozy stay at this cabin! The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The local guides they provide were great, and the Wi-Fi worked well in the cabin for us. It is a little bit of a drive to Asheville or the surrounding areas, but it’s doable. The path leading up to the cabin is definitely easier to navigate before dark, but overall we had a good stay!!

Anniversary Weekend
We love going to Asheville for our anniversary, but we wanted to do something different in terms of lodging, rather than stay at a hotel. These cabins are great, and we are definitely hooked! We'll be back next year, for sure. It was everything we were looking for in a weekend getaway. We only wish we could have stayed longer :) We did not bring our two dogs even though our original plan was to do so. When we arrived, we were glad we didn't bring them because neither of them have a crate and we did not know one was required until we arrived at the cabin. I checked over the emailed instructions again, and perhaps I missed it somewhere, but I didn't see anything about crating them if we left. Considering we drove 45 minutes away during our stay, it's a good thing we did not bring them! All in all, we will be back and we'll probably bring them with better preparations in mind :) - Jamie and Lyndsay

Cozy, wonderful and well maintained
We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin had all of our essentials for the kitchen and a grill. The appliances are well maintained including the fireplace that was perfect on chilly nights and mornings. The location’s trail were a treat and the picturesque trip through the hollow is great. As expected cell service is not working and satellite internet was low but there — perfect to get away from our grind while still being able to connect (there is a phone.) we would definitely come back.

Nice & cozy!
Our stay was nice & cozy & we enjoyed it. We recommend getting in before dark tho. The cabin was about 40 mins from Asheville, but we didn’t mind the drive. Cabin looks exactly as pictured.

Great little getaway
We stayed here during hurricane (Ian) which we did not realize at the time of booking the cabin. I wish it wasn't raining the whole time we were there but it was still a great experience. If you have a dog that is dog friendly definitely bring them! This cabin sits on a huge property at the end of a Gravel road and it is so peaceful. If you want a getaway to peace, quite and away from all the traffic this is it! There is no cell service at this property which can be a bad thing to certain people. This cabin does offer WIFI and they do have a home phone you can use. We would definitely stay here again!

It was so relaxing and quite during my stay. It felt like you was in the Amazon forest with all the birds chirping and the trees blowing. Would highly recommend to anyone needing some peace and quite.

Nice getaway
We really enjoyed staying at this nice cabin getaway to get some peace and quiet from the city for a long weekend. It’s a bit of a drive to anything to do with the Smokey’s, Gatlinburg, Asheville, etc. but worth it to get that true cabin experience. We hope to come back soon.

Happy campers!
Turkey Creek was such a great experience. We found our cabin to have just what we needed, very comfortable. The property, while a little remote, was absolutely beautiful. The trails were fun, but not recommended for small children due to how steep they are. We were fortunate to meet Linda and learn more about the property, which was a treat! So happy with our stay!

Hidden Gem!
This cabin sits on a large property (150 acres) with lots of space filled with hiking trails, a fire pit, and natural springs. The cabin was cozy and had all amenities needed but the property and owners make this place extra special. We were gifted a bottle of wine, homemade cookies, and a Christmas card by the owners and then blessed with the opportunity to enjoy some time by the fire-pit with the owners and their family. We learned about the 40 year history of how the owners have build this amazing place. This area was filled with only the sounds of nature and a brilliant sky of stars in the night sky. This was just the type of get-away we were hoping for!

The cabin was cute and looked clean. The only problem was that I had a bad allergic reaction to something inside the cabin. I have never had such an allergic reaction to being inside unless there were cats....more than one. Just be careful and maybe ask about what animals have stayed in the cabin if you have allergies. Otherwise, the rental is nice.

The property was nice, didn’t know we had to dump our own garbage. The lady in charge of the site was very friendly cause we had to call her due to the heat not working. Which it did start working but had to wait some time, she actually came and checked on us to make sure it kicked on. Otherwise a good experience

Cabin in Clyde
Linda was amazing and very accommodating! She let us switch weeks when we had a death in the family. The cabin was immaculately clean, cozy, and beautiful. It smelled delicious like cinnamon. It was only 20 minutes to Maggie Valley and Waynesville. We enjoyed the employees at Ferguson's gas station and trout fishing there very much. That gas station is only 10 minutes from the cabin and had everything we needed.

Hideaway from it all!!!
Loved this place! Frequent traveler - very comfortable bed a major plus! Beautiful hidden getaway - very sweet owner who takes pride in their little gem hidden from the stress of the world. Highly recommend for those seeking a quiet place to get away from it all. Not far from activities that surround this little haven. Be mindful, gravel roads and a slight hill but it’s worth it. A+

Awesome
