"The house was extremely clean and had everything needed and as described. Lisa was prompt and accomodating at every turn. Neighborhood was quiet and outdoor space was great...unfortunately we had alot of rain. If we visit family in the area again, we'll definitely re-book and build a fire."

"The interior of this older home is spotless and roomy. The beds were very comfortable, the two bathrooms were up to date, the kitchen had all appliances, The manager was very communicative. We are possibly returning in the summer for a stay here. The town of Powhatan is small and beautiful."
