Beautiful and clean
House was impeccably clean. Beds were very comfortable. Front porch was the best part. Plenty of seating and a porch swing. It’s where we spent most of our stay. Will definitely rent this place again.

Beautiful Victorian Home
The home was beautiful inside and out. It was very spacious for a Ladies Long Weekend.The amenities were wonderful and the outdoor bench swing was so fun. The decor was very bright and cheerful. The home was very clean. Sara the host is very sweet. We will definitely be staying here again. Sara and her home deserves 10 stars. 😃💜👏

Cute little Sedalia home
The home was very beautiful and had a home type feel to it. The neighbor next door was very nice as well. Worth every penny. Our kids enjoyed their stay and loved that a park was nearby.

Perfect White House!
The home is the perfect little place for a family or couple to stay. Just off the main roads of Sedalia, nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Each room is put together perfectly. Every aspect was great! The beds are so comfortable! Communication with host is fabulous also!!!

Great location Home was very clean. Decorated nicely. Could use a large frying pan mirrors in bedrooms and maybe a fire pit in backyard. Enjoyed our stay in this house

It was a beautiful old house with everything you could need in it. Beautifully updated while leaving some of the old charm. We had a wonderful stay. Neighborhood was quiet and enjoyed the front porch too. Sara was wonderful to answer all my questions. Great place to stay.

Adorable & perfect
We stayed at this property while moving my parents to Sedalia from ~1.5hrs away. The house was absolutely perfect. Mattresses & bedding were amazing. Kitchen perfectly stocked. Dinning room & both sitting rooms were perfect for family time. It was nice to have a nice hot shower in the cutest bathroom after a long day of unpacking & moving furniture. The owner proactively reached out to ensure all was good. Neighborhood was nice & quiet. The stairs are steep & all bedrooms are upstairs is my only feedback in case that is an issue or concern with little children. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect spot on Sedalia
We're very fortunate to have found this place for our family while we were in town for a wedding. We have three kids from 5 to 7 years of age and this house fit our family of five perfectly. It was close to everything we needed and just a short drive or 15 minute walk to downtown. The home was very clean and well appointed for a VRBO. All of the furniture was well taken care of and clean which allowed us to feel super comfortable relaxing in the sitting rooms. It doesn't appear to be lived in when not rented which allowed us full use of the closets and drawers the organize the months worth of provisions we brought for 2 days. The beds were some of the most comfortable we've had in a long time. We lean towards more high end properties and hotels and this one ranks high on our list for bed comfort. The firm and soft pillow options were a nice touch that didn't go unnoticed. It was cool for July so we got to take full advantage of the front porch. We all loved the swing and it made for some fun memories of us all hanging out and talking that we won't forget. I also really liked that all of the bedrooms were together on the top floor. Having everyone close but separate works really well for us. Thanks for everything! Great place!

Splendid stay
Sara was one of the best VRBO owners we have worked with and she went above and beyond to welcome us into her home. The house is spectacular with all the modern comforts of home while staying true to its history. It has authentic antique charm just outside of quaint downtown Sedalia.
