DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. The photos are not representative of unit 104. This property is in an old building that appears to have been converted to Multiple units and operated by Smartland. The building is in an undesirable area, with a gas station across the street. When one of our group went to the variety store, the employee was busy "shooing" away some loitering individuals from the business. The gas bar was busy and noisy with motorcycles, cars and stereos until after 2 a.m. The entry door to the unit unit had full glass (mirrored) door and windows and looked like a business storefront. The windows offered no noise reduction, and the sounds from the street were as if you were sitting on the sidewalk. The air-conditioning system was not working and with no windows to open, it was stifling and uncomfortable. The queen bed in the bedroom had an extremely soft and unsupported mattress, with no mattress protection pad...just the cheap microfiber sheet that kept sliding off. There was no soap or care products available, despite showing them in the photos on the website. The kitchen area had lots of pots and pans (?), limited cutlery, No towels and NO COFFEE CUPS despite having a Keurig single brewer on a small table with a Coffee Bar sign. The sofa bed needed for our third person did not have any linens supplied, so we retrieved a blanket from our car. No Wi-Fi code was given. Attempts by Expedia and me to contact the host went unanswered.
