The property was clean and attractive, but communication was disappointing at best. Questions I sent via their system were obviously not read very carefully, I mainly received stock responses about Vacasa.Two questions were about the inability to find toilet paper and dishwasher soap. I was told that they supplied starter supplies and if we ran out we needed to buy our own. I made it clear in my messages that I couldn't find these items, not that we had run out. The one question regarding the keybox that was answered was done so the next day by the property manager, who handled it well, but we were left with uncertainty regarding how to secure the key in the meantime. If the staff doesn't know the answers, they should say that they don't know but that the property manager will get in touch within 24 hours. They clearly need some training.
