Great house but desperately needs a deep clean
The house and location are great! We had a great time and loved the resort and exploring the area. I read a few other reviews about the cleanliness of the house, and figured the issues would have been addressed before we arrived, and was disappointed to find they had not. There are cobwebs all throughout the house, many of the dishes were dirty, and the outdoor furniture had to be cleaned before we could use it. Additionally, the couch is old and very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced, the bbq was out of propane, one of our guests almost fell off the front porch due to a loose stone, and oddly all of the towels on top of the washer and dryer were still wet when we went to use them on day two. I’ve stayed in several Vrbo homes before and hate to complain but this home would be so much better if it was well cleaned and maintained. We will definitely return to Suncadia, but not to this home because of these issues.

I called days before to ask if propane tank was going to be full or if we needed to bring our own was told it would be full when I arrived we were all set to grill about 7 and the tank was empty and no one would bring us one so we had to go pay and fill it up our selves at 7 at night was very frustrating and no instructions on how fire place or anything else worked had to wait to here for a response to turn on fire place

Perfect for families
Perfect for our big family- baby, teens, young adults, parents, and grandparents! Plenty of bathrooms and wonderful outdoor seating. It was beautiful and spacious- we never felt cramped or on top of each other. Would definitely book again! Only issue was the propane for the BBQ was out and it took a few hours of communicating to get a new one, but they did eventually get one to us.

Suncadia Family get-a-way
We have a property at Suncadia and have stayed in multiple rentals. While this home was in a great location, we were disappointed that overall the home wasn't clean. There were dirty towels, rugs and sheets on the floor of one of the closets. The front porch and back sitting area was not swept (a lot of debris that we swept and removed ourselves). Outdoor furniture needed to be cleaned off. There were Cobwebs on all bedroom walls and in living room and hanging from light fixtures. 3rd bedroom above garage was very warm, it would be nice to have a fan in there (even one in the closet to pull out when necessary). Lastly, the French doors in the living room would not lock, I went outside to see if could lock from there, the front porch furniture was pushed up against it. This was a safety concern. I reached out to property manager the evening we checked in and was texted back that someone would contact me the following day and would fix the issues. I was never contacted. Our family did make the best of it. We really liked the pool table, ping pong table, hot tub and fire pit. Hopefully the owner and property manager will fix the issues we had for the next guests. Thank you.

In addition to the wonderful living spaces and bed/bath rooms, this home had a lovely outdoor space with comfortable, shaded seating, a gas fireplace and wonderful hot tub!

Perfect Spot
Short two night golf trip for 3 of us. The home was in an excellent location and had all the amenities plus an outdoor fire pit and hot tub. Really enjoyed it and just wish the trip was longer. I'd stay again.

Loved the house and amenities. Also, great proximity to golf courses and lodge within the community. Disappointed with the response I received regarding an item potential left behind by one of the rooms. A fee for a cleaner to look in a specific room?

Peaceful getaway
We had an amazing time here. It was so peaceful. The house was great for my family of three kids. The beds were comfortable and we love looking out the window and seeing the trees first thing in the morning. The property manager was also very accommodating and was always there to answer my questions. Great experience overall.

Great location for a fun getaway
We were a group of adults looking for a quick weekend getaway. The home was in a great location in Suncadia just off the golf course. The pool table and ping pong were great distractions. The hot tub was hot, and most importantly, clean. We ran into an issue with the house-wide Sonos system. Only 1 speaker worked but otherwise everything else was functional.

Nice House, bring your own pantry
Beautiful house, great location for suncadia golf, etc. Generally well appointed. Maybe just been lucky before but pantry was way understocked than all other vrbo have stayed in. Just talking about staples like a bit of cooking oil, etc. Also kind of funny- I don’t expect a gift bag, but especially didnt expect one with coffee that doesn’t even work in the house coffee machine.

Good home for multi ages
Everyone in our family enjoyed our stay. The ping pong and pool tables were a hit along with the hot tub. The lovely outdoor seating area was great for relaxing and enjoying the wooded setting.

Pool table was a huge hit!
We had a very nice 3-night stay here, and the kids really enjoyed the extras: pool table, ping pong, and bikes! The exterior spaces were also lovely and we enjoyed the view to the golf course through the trees. Very comfortable and gracious:).
