I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay unfortunately fell far below expectations. Upon arrival, the property was not properly cleaned—there was visible dust, food residue on dishes, and stained linens in the guesthouse that didn’t smell fresh. The primary en-suite shower head was clogged and barely functional. On top of that, the dishwasher wasn’t working, which was a huge inconvenience for our group of 14, as we had to hand-wash everything. There were many more mishaps but this review would exceed the character limit if I were to list everything. It was clear that the property hadn’t been adequately prepared for guests. Communication with the host was lacking and did not resolve these issues, and overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.That said, the location was beautiful, the outdoor space was spacious and well laid out, and the privacy was a definite plus. With better attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this could be a great stay—but unfortunately, it missed the mark for us.
