The Cozy Oasis of Clarksville was a clean respite for me. The code I was initially given to enter did not work, however, the host, Richard, was quick to respond and assist me. I primarily used the rental to sleep and eat my breakfasts and dinners.I did not use the living area, Wifi, towels, BBQ, or TVs so I cannot comment on them. The mattresses are like Goldilocks and the three bears:
the queen mattress was the hardest and had coils pressing through, the primary twin was medium-firm and the the trundle twin was the softest. I wish there were more blankets/linens but otherwise it was fine.
The bathroom was clean, the shower had great water pressure. The kitchen had all the fixings for cooking a meal (which I did not do as I brought pre-made meals from home). The only negative was the lack of cleaning supplies, such as a dish sponge and mop.
What I did not like about Cozy Oasis: The soundproofing, I could hear every time the unit below me was coming, and going. There was also extremely loud and vocal birds in the area from about 7PM to 8AM (think horror movie murder of crows descending upon an unsuspecting victim), And the lack of understanding for parking. For the upper unit 2 side by side spots directly in front of the house on the concrete pad, for the lower unit 2 spots going down the incline, back-to-front. The party renting the lower unit used up most of the parking pad with a single car, when I went to leave the next morning, I could not as there was a car blocking me in.
