“Beautiful location and amazing house. Everything was easy 👌”

“While the property is quite beautiful it was uninhabitable. As we were driving to the property, we were contacted by the property manager (Caloundra Holiday Rentals) who advised us the cleaner reported the house "smelled bad". They offered to reimburse us for any cleaning products we might need!! We did try to clean the property: 5 of us spent 3 hours cleaning on Boxing Day. We could not remove the stink, and at 7pm moved to accommodation elsewhere. While the payment for accommodation has...

“We enjoyed our stay. The pool was lovely and well maintained. The two living areas was great when we couldn't decide on a movie. ”

“We had a fantastic time, perfect for 4 adults and kids, lots of space and the pool was a hit for our 6, 10 & 12 year old. The trolley was very helpful getting to the beach every day. Dicky beach is beautiful with a nice small row of shops nearby. Everything was perfect other than the beds weren't made even though linen is provided and no hand soap provided. The keys to the house are in Caloundra which wasn't ideal either. Otherwise I would have given all 5 stars.. thanks for a fantastic stay ”

“Lovely renovation with new bathroom and kitchen in main house. Kids LOVED the separate 'kids house'. Positives were close to the beach (2 minute walk to Moffatt and walkable with kids to patrolled dicky beach), all Linnen including beach towels provided, well equipped kitchen, family board games provided. Negatives were no parking provided and on street parking was difficult to secure, located on busy road with main bedroom at front of house so it was noisy early in the morning and only 1 house...

“Good location in close proximity to shops and beach the neighbourhood was a little shabby. Guests to supply all linen yet we weren’t told it was king singles and king bed so linen didn’t fit. Lots of green ant nests in the back yard the kids got a lot of bites so lots of tears playing outside. Overall nice old house just a few little things”

“Overall very nice stay. Would be very nice to have furniture out the front of the house to be able to sit out the front of the house. Also would be handy if it mentioned that the lockbox is by the back door, but we still found it easily. I feel like the property has a lot of potential to be really cozy and welcoming with a more character using different decor (just a suggestion). The aircon worked amazing. The closeness’s to the beach and shop was super convenient and great as well. Overall...

“We had a wonderful relaxing time in this beautiful house. My 2 adult children and their dogs joined us. Point Cartwright is a real pleasure with the sea/ surf beach and the river so close. Shopping centre is close by for all the essentials. The house is very quiet, well presented and easy to escape the heat and the rain. Very relaxing!”

“This is a spacious home (2,700 sqft) with a 2 car garage. The house is in excellent condition, it felt fresh and new, no signs of wear and tear. A large full kitchen, which we made full use of and enjoyed being able to cook our meals. The master bedroom and the living area are airconditioned, while the two spare bedrooms have ceiling fans.The house is located one street over from the ocean just a short walk around the block. Several grocery stores are 1 and 2 miles away and easy to get to. ...
