“We stayed for 5 days & enjoyed our stay in the Lake. We were in the top floor apartment which has a lot of stairs to climb, no lift. It is a little noisy as it’s right beside the main road so bring ear plugs as that made it better at night to sleep. The second room in the apartment is difficult to stand in as its ceiling is very low due to being an attic. I would recommend the owners upgrade the towels & bath mats as they were very old The staff are very lovely, helpful. Special mention to...

“Staff allowed our whole family to relax in the spa since our room wasn’t ready. Only downside was that my daughter got bit by a poisonous spider and it caused her to not be able to walk with shoes. This happened at the villas, not the hotel bc it was just opening for the season and probably had a lot of bugs hiding out. They gave us champagne on arrival and staff was super kind to us. ”

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und top eingerichtet. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und die Spiele die man ausleihen durften. “Für unseren Besuch des Moon and Stars in Locarno sind wir im Hotel Sasso Boretto abgestiegen. Schon der Empfang war ausgesprochen freundlich, das gesamte Personal war zuvorkommend und freundlich. “Die Colombo Residence ist eine sehr gepflegte Anlage in überschaubarer Größe und toller Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder Urlaub dort machen. Einziges Manko war, dass wir erst um 15 Uhr die Zimmer beziehen konnten. Ansonsten alles bestens!!!”

“Good apartment, good host, small town with everything nearby. Really good. It was a little bit warm and without a fan was not so comfortable, but for 1 or 2 nights was ok. The host gave us some excellent tipps where to eat and visit, it was great. ”
