“Updated kitchen and bath with everything provided. Well thought out lay out. Rey clean and appeared brand new. Lake front, similar to properties in that section. Walk in but rocky, wear water shoes. Kayaks provided, always a plus on Oneida Lake. Pictures were accurate of the property. House next door is being renovated but was pretty quiet. ”

“Such a magical place. Attention to detail was amazing. We cooked a great dinner on the grill down at the lower deck with a nice evening fire and a glass of wine. Optional boat rental was a plus!!...comfortable home!….bathroom and kitchen were well stocked and there were plenty of towels. stairs were steep and some areas needed upgrading but overall… great stay and had a good time!! “Staying at AJ's place was at a clean, and safe environment. The house was about 20 minutes from the airport and in the midst of a quiet neighborhood. This (3) bedroom house was close to restaurants, the downtown area and the river front. The beds were comfortable, and all the bedrooms were neatly furnished. Consequently, we slept very peacefully during our 3-night stay. The wide screen TVs worked perfectly, and the shower was very relaxing. We will definitely stay here if we visit Syracuse...

The condo is beautiful and well appointed with everything needed for a stay. The host was a pleasure to work with also. We were also safe. This house is in an area that appears to be going through a revitalization but we felt safe and secure. We would stay here again. ”

“The location was very convenient to the golf course we were playing at - Roques Roost Golf Course (West). The views of the lake were lovely and the place provided plenty of room. “My family had such an amazing stay! This was the most well equipped home we have ever stayed in. They had everything we could ever ask for and more! The whole house was so thoughtfully put together and having games/toys/plates for the kids made it all so much easier.
