Great set up for a large group
Property is well built and the location is fabulous. Accommodations were great. Love the bellvedere. Electrical switches are complicated. Some things like hot tub cover and putting green are worn. Rosevelt tried hard to secure the putting green sections after wind.We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful home and location
We all had a wonerful time at this beatiful home. The views of the island and the ocean are spectacular from in every direction. Roosevelt was polite, attentive and very helpful. There are a couple of items that need attention. Not all burners on the outside grill worked. We still utilized the grill but with our large group it took a little longer. Some of the bedroom doorknobs were loose and hard to open. Finally the mattresses and pillows need to be updated. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful home

Xmas to remember
The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and packed with amenities. The pool is great, and the views are stunning. It's quiet and secluded.Bob, the owner was in regular communication with us and made sure we had all we needed for our trip with plenty of recommendations for activities, meals, etc.But the real star of the house is Roosevelt. He was there to get us from the airport, stocked the house with necessities (booze), made sure everything was set for our arrival, put up with our constant requests, ran to the house one evening when the gas ran out for the stove, and best of all put up a Christmas tree. He is super friendly and seems to have the whole island wired. He always knew how to find what we needed and has a constant smile on his face. He was like instant family.Since this was our first trip to St. Croix we learned a few things you should take into account.Rent a car. We rented the car from the owner, but should have rented a second. The house is quite secluded, so plan your trips around the island to take that into account. Plenty of markets and restaurants within 30 minutes.Driving on the other side of the road was fun, but you get the hang of it quickly. It takes time to get places, as the roads are narrow and windy. If you are a golfer, Buccaneer is a really fun course and the Pro Kenny is the best. But if you are counting on the putting green and driving bays listed, let's just say that description is a bit embellished :)Overall, fantastic!

Location, location and location
The property is amazing and the views, yes 360° view throughout the day. Thiis was our first family vacation and we were not disappointed. Although we ventured out to explore the island, were perfectly happy with staying at the house and enjoy the pool and views. We have a few amateur chefs in the family and they truly enjoyed the muniple kitchens. The kindness of our host is undesirable. Roosevelt took care of all our needs, including the best spots for local food and fruits. Bob, the owner also made sure we have everthing in place before our arrival, took the stress out of planning a vacation. However, the cherry on the cake was his recommendation for a catering service for my birthday by the pool. We had the best red velvet rum cake. I would trurly recommend staying at Polaris Point, a little piece of paradise. Recommended to a few friends already.

Unlike any other
Polaris Pointe was an amazing vacation destination. This villa provided everything necessary for a luxurious stay. You don’t have to leave the mountain if you choose not to. Everything is available at your fingertips and anything needed, the property manager, Roosevelt was more than happy to obtain. He made himself overly available and was very accommodating to make for an extra comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and elegant. The 360° views were unlike any others. This was truly an exquisite experience that created memories to last a lifetime.

Pictures don't do justice for views
House was amazing. 360 views are legit. Rarely do we stay at a property where actual views are far better than pics. Travelled with teenagers and adults. Had 13 people. Teenagers definitely loved posting pictures on Social Media. Plenty of room to spread out. Definitely go on catamaran tour w/ Captain Carl to Buck Island.

Incredible views!
Polaris Pointe is an incredible property and our group had an amazing time. The views are AMAZING, especially from the belvedere where we watched every sunrise and sunset. The pool is excellent and there is TONS of outdoor seating both in the sun and shade. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and having provisions there upon our arrival was a really nice perk. Our host, Bob, had recommended a driver, Henry, who was excellent and drove our group around the island for various excursions including a trip with Captain Carl to Buck Island (highly recommend), a nighttime bioluminescent kayak ride (also great) and an afternoon at the Buccaneer resort that Bob had arranged for us. We encountered a few issues with the rental but John from Calabash Realty was excellent and responsive. For the first half of our stay the water in the guesthouse was not fully working, and John sent a plumber to figure out what was happening and got it fixed. There were some amenities mentioned in the listing when we booked that were inaccurate or no longer applicable when we arrived -- the on-property car was not available to rent, the beds were not all king sized as listed, and a few items were in need of repair. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation in a breathtaking location in a beautiful, well-appointed home.

Amazing Property and Vacation
This property is Amazing with breathtaking views and rich history. Being at the top of the island we were able to see other islands and beautiful views. The property is big enough to fit a large family or group of friends. We had 10 people in our group. We rented the on site vehicle which was very helpful to get around the island. The owner and property manager were very quick to respond to any questions and offer recommendations. They go out of their way to make sure you have a fantastic stay. We did deep-sea fishing one day and were able to cook the fish we caught at the house. They have everything you need at the house. Buccaneer Mermaid beach was a beautiful white sand beach that has kayaks, snorkeling gear and paddle boards. I would highly recommend a snorkeling adventure to Turtle Beach Buck Island which is voted one of the top 10 prettiest beaches in the world. We also spent a couple days at the house, relaxing, swimming, listening to music, playing ping-pong and playing on the pool table. We had a fantastic time and would go back again. I would recommend this property. Thank you Bob and Roosevelt for making our family vacation memorable!!!

Worth the climb
This place is a true retreat. Sitting atop the highest point on the island, the road is steep and winding but the views and privacy are worth the climb. We traveled with our family of 7 plus a care giver for our daughter with special needs. There was more than enough room for everyone, and Bob and the team were super accommodating and responsive. All questions and concerns were immediately addressed. It’s clear their priority was my family’s good time. We took advantage of the on-site car rental and explored the island during the days (Buck Island is a must!) and had family movie night in the main room on the giant screen TV. Sitting above it all, it was easy to unplug and leave the stress of work and daily life behind. It’s a very cool property with a neat history (and the teenagers declared it extremely instagram worthy). Thanks for the good time gents!

Amazing trip
Our family of 16 spent a week at Polaris Point. The view and property are stunning in person! It was truly a luxurious villa. The amenities of towels, shampoo, kitchen items and food on arrival were so helpful. The owners were amazing with communication and making sure the entire family had a wonderful stay. The house manager was so helpful and courteous. Some appliances were not working butt the house was waiting for the shipment off replacements. Overall it was an incredible stay.

The pictures don't do it justice!!!
There are no words to fully describe the beauty of this home! This was the perfect location for our family vacation, everyone had their own private room and bathroom, the pool is incredible and the views are breathtaking! Our host Bob, was incredibly kind and quick to answer every question, help make reservations and check in on us to ensure we are having a wonderful time, he truly wants his guests to feel at home and ensure we are informed and he connected us to all the right people. Thank you, Bob!! And thank you for all your recommendations and setting up our beach day at the Buckneer Resort and boat ride (highly recommended)!! The boat ride was unforgettable with Captain Carl to Buck Island, don't don't miss out on this adventure. The property car rental is a bonus. We had 14 people on our family trip and every single one of us want to come back to this luxury home. We felt on top of the world!! Do your self a favor and book with Bob!!

Greatest Getaway
I named this the greatest getaway because I actually found a t-shirt that said this and it fit. This was the best week we have ever had as a family. The house and cottage is breath taking. You truly wake up, sit around and go to sleep looking at the most amazing views I have ever seen. We had 14 people in our family. We ate in town but also cooked out one night and it was so fun. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing the entire process was from booking, visiting with owner and everyone who has a part in the house, to being met at airport by one the nicest guys around ever!! We will for sure repeat this vacation and stay again! Beautiful and amazing !

Perfect family trip
Our family of 21-ages 3 months to 66-just finished a perfect vacation at Polaris Pointe. The house and grounds were absolutely beautiful !!! The views are incredible, both from the front and back . The swimming pool is the largest we have ever had at a rental home. The grandchildren had a ball in it every day. Bob and Will were so helpful answering all my many questions before we got there and then Roosevelt was there to help us in any way we needed . He was always so pleasant and cheerful and he went out of his way to make our trip perfect ! Chef Brady and Sherlyn cooked delicious breakfast and dinner meals for us. The stuffed chicken, lobster , and pork chops were unbelievable . We took a wonderful day trip with Lyric Sails. Captain Mike and Brett were so kind and accommodating. Mermaid Beach at the Buccaneer Resort was amazing and the food was delicious. If you are looking for a trip your family will always remember, go to Polaris Pointe!

My family had an amazing time! The property has an amazing view! The owner Bob is great about staying in communication with you every step of the way! He is willing to help make reservations or point you in the right direction for anything you’d like to do on the island. Chef Brady was an amazing extra! Highly suggested! Roosevelt is a great addition to get you started and show you the ropes! He does a wonderful job of checking in on you throughout your visit and if you need anything he’ll be there to help out! The pool and hot tub are wonderful! They started to add a putting green. I can’t wait to go back and see what updates they make over the next couple of years to the property! They are off to a great start!!! Can’t wait to go back! Thanks Bob and Crew!

2022 Family Vacation
Our St.Croix family vacation was amazing!!! When we first stumbled upon this property it almost seemed too good to be true. Polaris Point had great ocean views from all areas of the house, the space was amazing with enough bedrooms, bathrooms and not to forget the pool and patio was an awesome area for the family entertainment. Destiny our chef was amazingly talented and made our family wonderful meals during our stay. Roosevelt and Team were amazing and provided us with a warm welcome. They were all attentive, easy to get ahold of and very accommodating which we greatly appreciated. Unfortunately we did have some unexpected downfalls that occurred, which greatly inconvenienced my family but the house manager did what he could to rectify the issues during our stay. The owner could have been more empathetic to our concerns and the upkeep of the property could have been better. Overall St. Croix was a great place to visit & the family truly enjoyed our vacation which was memorable. We will definitely visit St. Croix again.

Paradise found!
We had a fabulous trip to St Croix. 14 of our closest friends spent 8 days at the Polaris. House is big enough that no one felt crowded plenty of room for sitting and reading a book The 360-degree views are truly unbelievable. Buck Island and Hamilton's are two highlights and should not be missed. Bob and Roosevelt were hands on the entire week.

Wonderful Island Getaway
My family and I recently wrapped up a wonderful stay! The staff (Roosevelt and Tiki) were incredibly helpful and responsive. it was a real pleasure to work with them. The property more than lived up to expectations. The layout was great for our family. Everyone really had a great time.

Family Fun Week
The property is amazing. the views are incredible ! Everything we needed was provided including groceries, first aide items, drinks etc. We filled in with other groceries as the week went on , but there was so much there to get us started. Roosevelt, the property manager, picked us up at the airport. He was available the whole week if we needed an item, had a question, or if something needed to be repaired. The man was so reliable and personable that we felt very at home calling him for any issue. He always responded with a smile. Bob, the owner is very hands on and texted or called frequently to see how we were getting on. He arranged for the most wonderful catamaran ride to Buck Island , which was one of the highlights of our trip. He also arranged for us to have a chef come to prepare meals. Destiny , the chef, did a wonderful job cooking and presenting our surf and turf dinner, as well as 2 other dinners during the week. This was a really top notch vacation for us. I definiely recommend a vacation at Polaris Pointe !!

Incredible spacious home and the most glorious views on the entire island!
This home sits high atop a hill and has the most amazing views from all sides of the property! You truly can see forever, but cannot capture the magic with pictures! The home is so spacious, there are multiple dining areas, lounging areas including the amazing lookout up top! The pool is also great! Bob was very responsive and instrumental in helping us plan our entire trip which included some fabulous meals with Chef Ken and Destiny, and hooked us up with Captain Carl who gave us an awesome tour of Buck Island! I would highly recommend Polaris Pointe to anyone who is considering a trip to St. Croix, it really is a magical place that can easily accomodate large groups without feeling crowded!

Our diverse group was comprised of 11 adults, ranging in age from 23 to mid 60s. We stayed for ten days, Some members of our group wanted to scuba, some wanted to explore the Island, and others just wanted to sit by the pool and enjoy. This house was ideal for all. There is ample space to spread out, with two separate, smaller units with kitchens, laundry facilities and all amenities. The main house laundry room was fully supplied with a large washer/dryer and plenty of laundry supplies. It was very convenient and made it possible to "pack light." The kitchen and pantry area were more than wonderful- three big refrigerator/freezers, ice maker and plenty of quality equipment for those in our group who liked to cook. The house is spectacular- the views in any direction cannot be matched.The pool, hot tub and outside fire pit were favorite spots for our group. We had dinners poolside, shared time together and just enjoyed being together. We took advantage of two wonderful chefs who were recommended by the owner- they came, cooked wonderful island meals, cleaned up and pampered us. The owner recommended a wonderful sailboat owner who captained our group to Buck Island for snorkeling and a sunset return. It was incredible. While the drive up to the estate was, at first, a bit intimidating (it IS at the top of the island, and we arrived at dusk) it was not long at all before we all became very comfortable in navigating the area. It was actually quite simple and well maintained road access. We enjoyed early morning coffee on the front porch. Additionally, there were several little "nooks/patio areas" off of bedrooms where those who needed a bit of alone time could retreat and enjoy. There is a large screened television in the main living area where we gathered to watch the Super Bowl. It was a perfect accommodation for our large group. All in all this trip was a major success and our group could not have been happier with our accommodations. We will return and hopefully stay longer next time.

Recently, myself, my wife and 15 of our closest friends all traveled to St. Croix and stayed at the Villa on Polaris Point for my 40th birthday. It was such a special vacation, I am sitting here trying to figure out how to write a review for this place that will actually do it justice! This is my attempt at writing the most epic review possible for the Villa at Polaris Point. It takes 47 minutes to drive from one end of the island to the other, and the drive to the Polaris Point Villa gives you the best possible view of it all. The Polaris Point Villa is so luxurious, the property has been dubbed the “Jewel of the Caribbean.” It’s the perfect place to soak in a true Caribbean experience in a world class setting. The property is built to entertain, with numerous pockets and settings inside and out for smaller intimate gatherings and great communal spaces to bring larger groups together. It allowed our entire group to relax and enjoy themselves, while having a home base to go explore all the best beaches and activities the island has to offer. Your Experience starts with the drive up to the property. It’s a 1.6 mile climb from the east end road to the house gates, and the view the entire way takes your breath away. You come to the double iron, coded gate, which opens to a grand drive leading up to the house. The villa sits atop Polaris Point, the hill from which it gets its name. Looking south, you have an unobstructed view of the Caribbean sea, looking to the North you can see the islands of St. Thomas and St. John. Memorable Family Celebration
Outstanding accommodations for a multi-generational family of 13. Amazing location and views, with ample space and activities (pool, ping pong, games) right at the house to keep people entertained without being right on top of each other. Bob and his team ensured we had access to memorable experiences such as boat trips and horseback riding and connected us with an exceptional private chef who prepared delicious meals that suited our large group with varied tastes and preferences. Concierge service and communication beyond anything our group had ever experienced.
