Top spot
No hesitation recommending this excellent accommodation. Quiet, very well located, superbly equipped and maintained in great condition. Booking was easy and Wendy was very helpful. Some useful starter snacks/milk and many condiments were also a nice touch. This is a top place to stay and hard to beat at the price.

Cozy, Convenient, and Fabulous host
Everything about our stay went smoothly and comfortably. Wendy was a fantastic host who was always available to contact and even stocked up on coffee and milk for us before we arrived. Great location as well, walking or e-scooters get you anywhere in the city. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

The condo was lovely. Conveniently located, clean and well appointed. Wendy even had some milk and coffee there so we could enjoy it in the morning after arriving after a long flight the night before.

Charming apartment, great location
This was our first time in Christchurch. The apartment was bright, sunny and comfortable. We felt right at home. We were amazed at how conveniently It was located to the river, botanical gardens in the central hub of things. Highly recommend for your visit in Christchurch.

Amazon host and excellent stay
Wendy our host was excellent. Provided travel planning apps, websites and discount sites when we booked. When we arrived she provided airport transfer details and restaurant recommendations. We arrived to milk in the fridge. Easy check in. The condo was perfect for our stay. All the amenities we needed for light cooking. Beds were comfy. Easy walk downtown. The couches are starting to feel a little worn but still fine. The long narrow staircase was not an issue for us, but I will mention that I thought my 80 year old parents would struggle so just a caution. I would highly recommend this stay,

As described with amazing hospitality
A great CBD dwelling in a location that’s central to almost anywhere. You can walk to a lot of restaurants and to the museum and botanical garden easily. The host is wonderful and was so helpful when we had issues due to our Interislander ferry fiasco. You’ll also be kept cozy and warm on cold, rainy nights. We enjoyed our stay.

Simply the best
First off, super nice dealing with owner Wendy. Very friendly and helpful. The unit was fabulous, with a tuck under , roomy garage which housed a washer & dryer as well. The unit was modern, clean and stocked with all the basics plus some treats. Great location close to city center. If we ever get to ChCh again we would stay there without even looking at other options. The best.
