“The staff are absolutely amazing! The views are incredible. Bryan the (amazing) security guard is extremely knowledgeable of the local area and a fantastic guy to talk to, overall the views are incredible, it’s clean and has the most wonderful staff. “We had a wonderful end to our holiday at Brogan Villa. We spent the first 7 days on a boat and finished with 4 days in the house. Easy access to restaurants, with easy drive to a local grocery store. The kids loved the pool and the house was a great size for two families. Great communication with Nigel and Debbie. “Location of the property was great, it was a short walk to the beach at Sandals. It was quiet and I felt very safe. Apartment was very nice and comfortable Short drive to a grocery store. We made many meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We went on many tours and were picked up at Sandals La Toc which was very convenient. Overall very happy and we truly enjoyed our stay.”

“Spectacular is best to describe the Villa. Bernard was so attentive and professional. He was able to provide our scheduled transportation as well as organized last minute plans for us. We had a formal dinner at the Villa for our 40th anniversary and the staff was wonderful. Pablo is a wonderful Chef, make sure to get his Roti's soooo good. The only complaint was the photographer that they recommended. We wanted sunset pictures and all we got was a white washed sky (very disappointing). ...

“Another amazing visit. Vinel, Sorin, Gregory, Daelisha (sp), Mike, Garvin, George were all kind, professional and responsive even when I extended my stay. Great view, customer service, delicious food and secluded location. In the future, I’d love a cleaner pool, extra towels and little amenities such as a dust pan and brown and extra garbage bags for the kitchen. Would definitely suggest this spot over a resort. ”

“Everything was wonderful, our party of 6 had more than enough room for ourselves. If we had one hiccup to mention it would be about the lack of air in the common areas. We could not commune comfortably. Also Marcus and his son Josh the drivers was total GEMS they was so great to deal with and really took care of us. Would definitely stay at Villa Xona again.”

“The pictures do not do justice to this place. Watching the sunset from the deck, sitting under the pergola in the rain, walking on the deserted beach- it’s just so beautiful. Inside was nice too but with that view and pool hard to stay in doors. Highly recommend asking Noelita to make dinner one night (still thinking about the soup) and do book a day trip with Junior on his boat. Really can’t imagine a better set up than this house”
