The property is in such great location that is very convenient and also safe to walk around the area, however with regards to the staff at the hotel...they really need to work on their level of service and attention to guests as it is very poor. I must say that we got the proper service level by only two guys of the entire staff we run into(Jaime and Ken). The rest is just not up to their standards of service.
When we arrived to do the check-in there were about 4 or 5 guys who could have helped with our bags, but none of them feel bothered to even look at us. The front desk people didn't introduce themselves and just handed over the keys to our room with very little care and attention. It is a shame that such a nice hotel in a pristine location of the city is run so poorly.

"Our room had some drawbacks, like many gaps between the roof and walls that enable insects to go inside, but we used our own mosquito net and we were safe to sleep quietly. The second night ants invaded our room, we were offered to be moved to another room, but we were ok with the solution to spray ..."
