Cálida y acogedora cabaña de un dormitorio, a solo 3 millas al este de Chippewa Falls en el Hideaway Resort (a 10 millas de Eau Claire) con fácil acceso a la autopista 29, la autopista 53 y la I-94. Tienda de comestibles / licorería, gas, aparejos de pesca, lanzamiento de botes, todos convenientemente ubicados a una milla.

Esta cabina de 422 pies cuadrados cuenta con hermosas vistas del lago Wissota (a unos 170 pies de la costa), mirando hacia el este con acceso de baja elevación al lago. El interior consta de una cocina totalmente equipada, cama queen size y futón plegable de tamaño completo, TV por cable / reproductor de DVD, internet inalámbrico, aire acondicionado, lavandería en el lugar y ropa de cama / toallas amuebladas.

Great spot for a getaway!!
I wanted to take a couple days to get away from all the stress. I am 62 and just wanted to relax and fish a bit. The property is great a lot to offer all ages. Matt was great for boat rentals, and fushing tight off the dock was good. Prices for everything is really reasonable, and Rhonda and Matt are great. I am thinking of coming again with my older kids as it would be another great adventure.

Comfortable cabin near but away from the city
Comfortable bed, nice new appliances, very responsive owner. Perfect for my 3-night solo biking getaway. Would definitely rent again. Note that there’s a train line nearby and the trains blare their horns while passing, but I blanked it out after the first day. I passed on using the kayaks due to their being a bit beat up, but it looked like it would have been awesome water for it had I brought my own. The Old Abe State Trail section starting just a few miles north, where it pulls away from the road, all the way to Cornell (about 18 miles each way) is an absolute gem. If biking the area, do not miss riding it (start in Cornell for the better half but don’t pass on seeing the bridge near the southern end of that section).

We had a wonderful time! The cabin was perfect for my husband & I. Everything was very clean, quiet and a perfect getway for the weekend. We had problems with the TV and Rhonda came right over to fix it. We would stay here again if we are in that area of Wisconsin.

Perfect get away while staying close to town amenities
Such a cute cabin! Water all around the resort with lots of boating options. Plenty of firewood to use. Outdoor ping pong on a nice new slab of concrete. Playground. Beach. Beautiful. I will absolutely return!!

Relaxing get away
Overall quiet property to stay at, even though you could hear traffic, a train track with several trains a day and some road construction. We were able to leave the windows open and hear the birds singing. That was restful and peaceful. We used their kayaks one day and had a bonfire. Instructions were left in the cabin and had little interaction with the owners as it wasn’t really needed. I would recommend for a relaxing get away.

Clean, a bit older and not on the lake
The place was clean, a little dated and it was not on the water as pics advertised. It also wasn’t very private. There were multiple cabins and one right next door even though the tile of the post was “private/secluded.” The pics are of the area but not of our individual cabin.

Late October getaway weekend
Fantastic. Clean, comfortable, safe, and met our expectations. No frills. But we didnt want any. Wanted rustic, clean, comfortable and safe and got it! Nice little cabin on lake Wissota. Would absolutely stay again. Definition of a quiet, up north cabin hideaway.

2020 Vacation
We spent our time relaxing, fishing, & sitting around campfires and enjoying all the fall colors & smells. Would love to come back for a summer visit with my son, wife, & grandkids. Since there was a beach, playground, playhouses, sand volleyball, rec room, laundry. This place has everything you need, very reasonably priced for a great vacation!

Excellent Cozy Little Cabin
We had a wonderful weekend stay! The cabin was clean and decorated very rustic. It had everything we needed. Matt and Rhonda responded to any questions promptly. We did a campfire both days. Beautiful view of the lake and close to grocery etc. It was truly the perfect spot for our weekend getaway! Of all the cabins we have stayed at, this was our favorite!

Great girl’s getaway
My best friend from high school and I had a much needed kid free weekend. The place was well furnished, very clean, nicely decorated, great price and perfect for our needs. We may come back with our husbands and kids....or maybe leave them home again.
