“A beautiful villa in an amazing setting. Night and day the view was stunning.We all enjoyed the pool especially as there was a heatwave the first couple of days.We had to use fans at night and when we let property manager know one wasn't working another one was provided.Would love to go back to explore the area more, a week was not enough.”

“This house in Marathopoli was the perfect home base for our family of 7 (all adults except one teen) for a week in June. Wanting to avoid crowded cities, this small seaside village 3.5hrs southwest of Athens was ideal to relax and unwind, serving up amazing local food, with a beautiful spot to swim in the sea at the end of the street or at the gorgeous beach nearby. “This isn’t the newest, sparkliest rental house - it’s a home, and feels like it…everything you need, well equipped kitchen, lots of comfy furniture and places to relax. It’s not far from great beaches, Methoni town is quiet, and lovely, but near the main road so good for accessing supermarkets and other places to visit. Simon was there when you needed him, but discreetly available (he lives on site) and really friendly. The pool is great, and we had it to ourselves a lot. Amazing wildlife! And...

“Sehr schönes Haus, edle Materialien. Für 8 Personen aber zu klein, da auch nur ein Bad mit Sitzbadewanne. Schade wurde da keine Dusche eingebaut. Das Haus liegt ausserhalb des Dorfes, ein Auto ist notwendig, auch weil der Strand unterhalb des Hauses leider nicht nutzbar ist, da müsste manmehr draus machen.ist.Schade, ”

“I was not well at the time so my view may be a bit muted. Also, the weather was mixed....as it has been over Europe in this hottest summer ever. The pool and area was lovely with seating in shade available wherever the sun was during the day. The rooms were clean and neat with nothing more we could have wanted. It was an interesting/strange set up with the downstairs and upstairs being fully separated. This was not a problem for us, but we were surprised by it. The air conditioning worked...

“We spent just under 3 weeks in the Peloponnese and this mansion was our home base. It was so excellent we didn't want to leave. Great pool and hot tub, spacious, lots of fruit trees that were in season, a taverna within walking distance and beaches that were perfect for sunning and playing in the Aegean. The house is so impressive and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, an outside grill, gated with an large lawn, and views to die for. We also loved the ping pong table, foosball table...
