“Maunga Roa Eco Lodge made our stay in Easter Island an absolute dream. The home was beautiful, decorated very nicely, quiet, and the absolute most amazing view one could have on the island. You are away from the hustle and noise from the town and can truly have a retreat with peace and quiet. The host was amazing and made sure everything was perfect. We enjoyed coffee on the covered deck overlooking distant Ahu and the ocean and even cooked a couple meals in the well appointed kitchen. ...

“The town of La Parva is cute but not much to do. There’s 2 restaurants. An amazing small quaint Fondue spot where you can get to know the owner and staff, which I did! There is no washer n dryer in the unit and the staff at La Marmita let me use the resturants washer/dryer!!! The other restaurant was bigger with a more traditional menu and outdoor seating. If you go, you must bring food from the grocery store to cook from Santiago. The road up/down from Santiago is about 100 switchbacks. Very...
