Recientemente renovado, cocina y baño modernos, camas cómodas. Excelente ubicación en un vecindario seguro, Jewel (tienda de abarrotes), Trader Joe's, cervecerías artesanales, restaurantes, bares, cafeterías, el cercano Wrigley Field y el tren de línea marrón hasta el centro (The Loop). Las familias con niños son bienvenidas; podemos prestar un asiento elevador y empacar y jugar a pedido. Los propietarios viven arriba para atender las necesidades de los huéspedes. Can’t say enough good things!
This was the perfect location for our family on our first trip to Chicago. The neighborhood is lovely, safe, and there were lots of places to eat and things to do within walking distance. We found free street parking really close to the house every day. The place was spotless, with great amenities, and the host was super quick to answer any questions we had. Overall we had a fantastic experience and I will surely stay here again when we come back to Chicago.

great location
justin was great to communicate with. their home is split to accommodate another apartment which was great. it was in a very safe neighborhood and had free parking on the street. it was close to where we needed to go and also a lot of restaurants close by. we accidentally left an item when we checked out and justin was great in getting it back to us. we would definitely stay again!

Great Stay!
We stayed 2 nights with children. It was a great space in a nice, safe area of Chicago. I loved all the restaurants and grocery within walking distance. Parking was not an issue, but was not always right in front of the house. The house was very clean and comfortable! The resources about the surrounding area were very helpful from the owners as well. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for Us
This pristine property met our needs for a long weekend visit to our daughter’s family nearby in Lincoln Square. All aspects of the reservation process were efficient and easy; the hosts’ communications were clear and timely; the unit was fully equipped with all and more that we needed. We would definitely rent again. Only one drawback - parking was difficult. The last night, the closest spot was two long blocks away.

We had a lovely time at this rental. It was ideal location wise. Plenty to walk to and VERY family friendly neighborhood with a close by park which was ideal for us. Communication with host was great and responsive for any of our needs.

Lovely stay
Great spot- clean, reflects the listing well. Beds were comfy. The neighborhood is very walkable and delightful. A little far from the city center but not too bad- the Brown line was close and efficient. Most of what you could need was within walking distance of the VRBO anyway- cute shops and restaurants, grocery store. We'd return. Justin and Izzy were communicative and flexible with us.

An amazing stay in Chicago!
We loved staying at Justin's property. My husband and I, along with our 8 month old, felt right at home and loved how walkable everything was from their house. If you have a young baby/ toddler, this is the place for you! Their space is kid and baby friendly and made traveling with an infant much easier. Justin's communication was clear and timely and everything was really wonderful. Thank you very much for a lovely stay! 10/10 recommend!

Very clean and cozy
We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, well stocked, and only a 10-15 minute drive to main attractions. The only negative was the lack of parking. We had to park 1-2 blocks away most of the time.

This property was lovely, and in a walkable neighborhood close to transit. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Even rookies like us felt at home in this area of Chicago after a day or so, the notebook is really helpful!
