Cute place, nice neighborhood, good luck with parking and info
Cute but not super clean apartment, parking not well explained but host did have daily parking passes on the wall as well as off street parking off the back which I found out about halfway through my stay. I had trouble getting the door unlocked and texted the host ( sign inside said " text or call me anytime") and he never answered until the next morning, which was ok bc I figured it out. The next night I texted him and asked if there were any caf Keurig pods hiding somewhere and he said no, but " there is literally a market you can walk to literally a block away", like I was some unreasonable kook to ask if he provided more than decaf. I mean, if providing coffee is your thing, might as well provide the kind ppl like to drink, right? I've definitely rented from more responsive hosts. For what it cost, the place didn't measure up, and it felt like there was limited information given at the outset and limited support.

Very satisfied with my stay,
I was very happy with my stay here. It is right next to a bus stop that takes you to the blue line train, making it very easy to get around the city. I'd consider staying here again if I come back to Chicago.

First time to chicago
We came to Chicago to watch the Cubs play at Wrigley Field. Close enough to center of town yet far enough from the hustle. Quiet Neighborhood. House was clean and cozy. Check in was a breeze. We enjoyed our stay. Bed was very comfortable.

Perfect for my needs
I needed a place in Logan Square near my daughter as was coming in town for a party after her marriage proposal. This place was real cute and in the perfect location. The host included a lot of thoughtful extras, such as coffee, water and tea and bathroom niceties such as nice toothbrushes and toothpaste and full size shampoo, etc. I was also pleased with how quickly the manager responded to any questions I had

The property is a good option for most people. I was using the Blue Line train to commute downtown. The distance to that station is a bit much from this location. However, Lyft and Uber work well.

We enjoyed a weekend stay here visiting family. Loved the garden apartment feel and off street parking. Apartment is cozy and well appointed for a couple or solo traveler. Good food and walking in the neighborhood and a convenient base to explore Chicago. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Lots of plusses, couple of minuses
The lovely things: This is an artfully decorated garden apartment, set in a U-shape with bedroom at one end of the "U" and bathroom at the other end, living/dining/kitchen spaces filled the rest of the space. Lots of kitchen amenities for cooking and serving food. Keurig was a plus, with nice choice of coffees. Shower with rainfall head was exquisite, full-size shower supplies were nice extras. Towels were plush. Couch was comfortable for reading, relaxing, and a bit of tv watching. Secured parking, big plus. Not so good: No rug in entryway meant tracking in dirt/grit that accumulated quickly and made walking barefoot icky. Bedroom was super small with queen bed (comfortable), that was set in the only possible location, in front of a window with airconditioner that blew cold humid air directly on our heads! We had to use our car windshield sun shade as a makeshift screen, keeping air circulating but off us while sleeping. Closet was nearly inaccessible and not usable by both of us. The very worst drawback was absolutely no storage or shelf space! No dresser for clothes, no bathroom shelving for anything we brought with us. We lived out of our suitcases, which were laid out on a chair in the living room. We set our ice chest on the bathroom floor as a makeshift inconvenient shelf. Lighting was good, except for two lamps by ends of the couch whose cords were cut and unusable. Odd. We'd stay again if storage was added.

place was adequate, tight fit in bedroom to squeeze by tv to get into bed. Sheets were dirty and stained, wife changed with our own we brought in case. Tv in living room had to be unplugged and re plugged in every time you turned it on again. Parking access in ally was very tight and gate damaged and hard to swing open fully. other guests constantly left both washer and dryer loaded at all times day and night. pretty noisy most nights

Nice Place
The place was as pictured and in a quiet and safe appearing neighborhood. The only thing that was not as expected was the cleanliness. There was debris in the doorway which I might expect in a lower level apartment, but it was throughout the kitchen and sitting area, I swept up 2 nails and a good size pile of debris. The bathroom had not been cleaned, there were dried water spots with toothpaste, I had to clean the bathroom before using it, including the toilet. There was a dirty coffee cup and spoon in the sink and trash in the can. I want to emphasize that the apartment was PERFECT otherwise, the bed was obviously just made and smelled fresh and was really comfortable! All necessary amenities were there with extras. Check on the cleaning person is my recommendation.
