“Beautiful little cottage. Me and my husband took our dog away for a few days in January '25 and this was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was warm and spacious with a view of the garden. The kitchen had everything that you could need and the fire was great to settle down infront of after a long day exploring This was a good base for exploring Northumberland.”

“The house was mostly comfortable but needs some upkeep. The communication with the host was a challenge and they did not reply to most messages (even an acknowledgment of receipt would be okay). One of the showers we could not adjust the temperature, 2 of the showers had mold. One of the biggest challenges was trying to cook as the cookware is very worn and some of it unusable. “We would highly recommend this property! Very cozy and homely. The welcome pack of essentials was very much appreciated. There were six of us and two dogs and there was plenty of room for all of us. All bedrooms are a good size. Easy to get to the beaches and surrounding areas. The cottage is located in very picturesque, peaceful surroundings. We instantly felt relaxed and enjoyed our time there immensely. We will hopefully be back and will take our golf clubs next time!”

“Fantastic setting so peaceful with beautiful views. Very cosy well equipped cottage. A perfect base for exploring the beautiful countryside. Only downside was that the next door cottage was also a holiday home so privacy while in the amazing big conservatory with fantastic views of the countryside was limited. “We enjoyed our recent stay here. The room was excellent with a spotless new bathroom and comfortable bed. Better pillows would have been nice but not a problem for a short stay. The food was very good but the service rather slow. We weren't in any hurry but 30-40 minutes to produce breakfast after ordering seemed a bit excessive. Staff were all very friendly and helpful so positive overall.”
