Cozy and Comfortable
We loved our stay at Quiet Delight! It’s a lovely house in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything that makes Northshore special. The house has been beautifully updated and had everything we need. We have family nearby and look forward to staying here again.

Cozy stay
What a beautiful little house to visit Chattanooga. Location is perfect for downtown adventures! House was well kept and clean! They even had a tree up Christmas which was such a warm welcome! We visit Chattanooga often will definitely seek to stay here again! Thanks again!

Great place to stay to visit all of Chattanooga
Spent a few days here while visiting family. The house is in a great location. Northshore has great restaurants, is quiet, and is convenient to downtown. Derek is very attentive and checked in multiple times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. The firepit area was a great bonus.

Weekend in Chattanooga
The property was just as described in the listing. Clean and neat in a great and safe neighborhood close to everything. Derick was a great host who sent us everything we needed to know about check in and check out in advance of our trip. I really liked the fact that they provided paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap and conditioner. Most places just provide samples but Derick provided enough for the whole trip. Even coffee (both drip and K-cup) was provided. Great place - great host that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Chattanooga.

Super Comfortable, Clean, and Close to Everything!
Great 2 bedroom home close to everything Chattanooga has to offer! The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped for any culinary endeavor, and the host provides a perfect supply of shower and bathroom essentials, fluffy towels, soft sheets, spices, and laundry supplies. The home is very cozy and has a great outdoor space. My husband and I are in our 60's and we had no issues with anything. We will definitely rent this home again when we visit our son in Chattanooga next time. Everything was perfect! Derek is a great host.

Extremely clean and cozy, from the throw blankets by the couch to the extra large and soft towels for the shower. Neighbors are super friendly and we felt safe the whole time. We can't wait to visit again next year.

Neat, clean and good location
This 2 bedroom home was clean and well supplied, including coffee. Great location and several restaurants within a few miles. Il Primo, Italian, a short walk. While some stairs, the front porch and backyard fire pit more than made up for that inconvenience.

Short stay, suits its purpose!
This gem of a house is a cute, older model cottage in a revitalizing, trending neighborhood of Chattanooga! We didn’t spend any time there except at night to play cards and go to bed: me and my twin sister plus our stepfather who wanted to ride a train “while he still could” - precious, priceless memories made.

First time staying
We usually stay in a hotel, but I will say this was a wonderful place for our first VRBO. The cottage was the perfect size. There were 2 couples. Our host Derek was the best. The only minus was it stated ‘a few stairs’ and there were quite a few. We are all over 60, and made it quite fine but would have probably found another place.

Mountain Meet Up
We wanted a half way point to meet up with my oldest bonus son. The property was the coziest home for our get together. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, centrally located and a short distance to downtown Chattanooga. The beds are very comfortable featuring luxurious linens. The kitchen is nicely appointed and easy to cook in. Derek is an excellent host!

Great spot for family trip
This was a great home for our family visit to Chattanooga. It was super clean and ready for our arrival. Rooms were large and the outside was cozy. The host reached out throughout our stay to ensure we were doing well. Overall a very nice experience.

Quiet location
We stayed here with friends and our dog. Location is close to everything we wanted to see. The home was furnished with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows to choose from. Would recommend staying here to anyone. Thank you Derek.

Thomas the Train and the Aquarium
Planned a weekend getaway with the family to see Thomas the Train at TVRM and also visited the Aquarium. The house was perfect and very clean. Great location in a nice neighborhood. We spent 2 evenings at Riverview Park with the kids… it was excellent! Also had breakfast at Aretha Frankenstein’s (known for pancakes but the breakfast burrito was huge). I’d give it a 4/5. Both of those were within a mile or 2 away. Champy’s (which we missed having as we used to live close to one) and Scottie’s by the River were both great! The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Really like the Chess board to teach the boys. Nice patio in the back and a great front porch! You can tell the owners put a lot of detail into to keeping the house up and giving the tenants a great experience! Bottled water at the nightstands and bathrooms were well stocked. Hope to return again sometime!

This place is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a great house for 2-4 people. The place is accurately described and is a very clean place. The outside amenities are great just wished we had the time during our stay to use.

Lovely home in the heart of Chattanooga
My family and I had a lovely visit in this adorable house! We were right down the street from some great restaurants and close to the bridge that takes you to downtown Chattanooga. We have family in the area and this house was a perfect short distance to them. The outdoor space is dear with a fire pit and warm outdoor lighting. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking our dog. Highly recommend staying here! Derek, the owner, supplies his house with all the amenities making the stay relaxing! He responds very quickly to answer any questions you might have! Would come back if in the area again!

Great house!
What a great little house in a super safe neighborhood. The house was immaculately clean, comfy beds, and love how the host pays attention to every detail. Chocolates on the pillows, soft towels and well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is in a quiet location and close to everything. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again!
