Will stay again
Chattanooga is our halfway point when we are traveling to our own vrbo in Florida that we own. we look for a halfway spot that hosts dogs and us. Absolutely love this house and we'll stay again it was so nice and clean I love the huge fenced in backyard and the best thing is that it's right out of town and so easy to find and welcomes dogs

Nice small house located close to downtown
The house was very nice and clean, with lots of extra blankets which was a bonus. The living room is large and has plenty of chairs for everyone to hang out and chill. The location is very nice, there is a Walmart and decent restaurants only a few minutes from the property so that was a nice added convenience. The neighborhood was decent and overall quiet, but be careful if you like to go for walks, some of the neighbors let their dogs roam the streets and one of them followed us for a bit, not sure if it was friendly and I didn't care to find out.

Clean and comfortable
My husband and I had an excellent stay here. The house was very clean and the fenced backyard was perfect for our dog. The kitchen was well-stocked and had supplies of spices and even condiment packets in the fridge. Note there is only a k-cup machine, I didn't find a regular coffee pot. There are thoughtful touches here like a trunk full of throw blankets, a luggage rack, and carpet under the bed so you don't get out onto cold floors. A word to fellow middle-aged peri/menopausal women, the sheets are polyester which makes for sweaty nights. I couldn't handle it and bought a cotron set to use, but my husband was fine with the polyester so this is a personal issue. I had positive interactions with the home/company owner, who was kind and very respectful of our privacy. I will look for her properties next time we're in the area and would stay in this house again.

Fall break with grandchildren
This is clean beautiful property. It was perfect for what we needed. Personal touches that were unexpected made our trip so pleasant. I wasn’t expecting the kitchen to have extras like hot chocolate that my grandchildren enjoyed and coffee, sugar and creamer. The bathroom also had little extras. We enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard that also included wood. It was close to the activities we wanted to do. My husband said as we were leaving that he would come back!

Great place to stay!
This was our second time staying at this property. After long days of activities and sightseeing, ir was so nice to go home to a house in a quiet neighborhood. It has all the necessaries to ensure a good stay. We will definitely be going back next year. Note the steep driveway warning in the discrption. It is steep but definitely doable. Great trip, Great house!
We had a wonderful stay at the TN Delight 3. The hosts were phenomenal and communicated well throughout our stay. The check in and out process was a breeze, and the house was exactly as advertised. The location was AMAZING! We were close to all the attractions, but secluded enough that sitting on the back porch was so peaceful. Our kids and dog had a wonderful time in the fenced in backyard. Thank you guys for hosting us!

Perfect location
3 of us had a great stay here along with my dog. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do both in downtown Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain, and very cozy to relax after being out most of the day. The fenced in back yard also had ample room for the dog to run around and get out all of her zoomies.

Great get away
This house was extremely clean and close to everything we wanted to see. I wish our dog could have made the trip as this has a huge fenced in backyard. The host staff was quick to respond to our questions. Neighborhood was a little run down but the property was almost new in comparison and we felt quite safe.
