Beautiful home
This was a beautiful clean home that was clearly well taken care of. Quick response from the owners and they were super kind! The only downside was the noise of the road since I'm used to living in the country where it's quiet but that's nothing the owners could control obviously. It was close to where my speaking event was but not in downtown Charlotte so perfect for what I needed. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Lovely property
Small issue with check in but overall your house is beautiful like mines back home. The dishes were dirty I cleaned all before and after use and if we can get hot water to wash dishes next time Leo more bags for garbage and recycle but I would love to rent this protru annually when I come visit Charlotte. TY for sharing this beautiful home with my family

Very charming
Great cottage- updated and clean. It’s on a busy road and the neighbors did light off fireworks - that’s obviously outside of the homeowners control but I would caution anyone with kids or pets to be aware of the noise level and busy road. It was clean, well kept and convenient. The property manager listed the place accurately. We will absolutely stay there again.

Always a peaceful stay…
This is our second time staying here while we’re in town visiting for the NHRA weekend race. Check is so quick, easy, and simple. The aesthetics of the home is beautiful and the property manager is very responsive, helpful, and welcoming! Will definitely book again and again.

Above my expectations!!!!! We loved our stay!!
Our stay was amazing!!!!! Amazing can't describe how wonderful it was to stay at this home away from home. My daughter actually referred to it as home!! My parents enjoyed staying here as well. Yes it is on a busy road but after the first night it wasn't that noticeable. I love how everything was nice and neat and available. Our next trip to Charlotte we are definitely booking this home. From the professionalism of checking out and the availability of the manager (we didn't have to contact anyone. Everything was labled in the house). Amazing just amazing!!!!! Very family friendly and an amazing visit. We didn't want to leave when it came to the end of our stay.

Great House Outstanding Communication
I was in Charlotte to help my daughter with some medical treatments. Communication with property manager was outstanding, house was clean and decorated very nicely. The only negative is it sits on a busy road so it’s pretty loud during commute hours. It’s also very close to the airport and about 1/2 mile off the free way. This was a great house for what we needed.

Please do not stay here!!
I cannot believe this is a VRBO listing- do not be deceived by the photographs. This house is in the worst neighborhood (house sits directly off the hwy). We arrived early before check-in and were not able to check-in early- no big deal. We drove around and noticed homeless people walking and addicts walking on the sides of the road. We decided to get something to eat and passed a strip club right down the street from the house. Lots of abandoned buildings in the area, bad neighborhoods, run down grocery stores/restaurants, and the list goes on. We drove by the house after an hour or so and saw another car in the house driveway in addition to the cleaning lady's car RED FLAG!! We were not about to stay in that house, no telling what they were doing in there. We ended up never checking in and notified the host. All they had to say was basically "sorry have a nice day". There were no offers of a partial refund or anything. Complete and total waste of money and time.

Great Location
The house was very clean, convenient to our events, and the management company was easy to communicate with. We had events in Charlotte and nearby Belmont Abbey -this home is perfectly located just outside of Charlotte.
