Great place, poor customer service
Beautiful apartment and great facilities in the apartment complex. Check-in process was awful. We should've received a transponder to get into the garage but didn't get it. Contacted the host to ask for access to the garage and for a second key fob, we only got one. A lot of back and forth via Vrbo and text messages, he promised someone would get back to me to get access to the garage and I never received it, so I had to use guest parking outside the locked garage area and it was hard to find a free spot at night. When I asked for a second key fob he said it was their policy to give only one key fob per bedroom in the apartment, one in this case, so it was very inconvenient for such a long stay for my wife and me to have only one key. A few times when I reached out to him he said he was busy with clients, so I'm wondering if he didn't consider me as one. The apartment is very ill-equipped, more so for a long stay as ours; e.g. just two or three spoons, knives and forks, no blender. The light in the shower did not work but I decided not to waste my time asking for it to be fixed as my other requests were ignored.
