Outstanding Experience and Property
The host and everything about this property was amazing! This was a friend's vacation trip and it was perfect. Plenty to do at the property and the area, even during off season. Plenty of space but it still felt like home. Our host Riley was fantastic from start to finish, they were very accommodating to all of our needs and were quick to respond when we wanted to add an extra day to our trip and ended up needing to bring our dogs at the last minute when our sitter canceled. Make sure to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and kitchen hand towels but other than that they thought of everything else and have plenty of supplies for cooking and having fun. While we were in the area we rented a boat, played mini golf, tried out some great restaurants and went to the Panthers/Saints game and Carolina won, whooohooo goooo Panthers!!!

No complaints - Definitely recommend
- Communication with the owner was top notch. Best I have experienced with any VRBO house! - House was super clean and had everything we needed. - Would recommend this house to family and friends. - Not a ton of restaurants in the area but lots of grocery stores so I would just recommend planning on eating in. Neighbors 828 was one restaurant we enjoyed and we rented a pontoon boat from Saltshaker Marine which we highly recommend.

A piece of serenity!
Lovely home on calm water. Well equipped kitchen and lots of great options for entertainment inside and out. Made us fall in love with Lake Norman! Host was very responsive and professional.

Amazing week get away on the lake
Ryley, our host was amazing to work with before, during and after the trip. Extremely responsive. The house is absolutely beautiful and the amenities are wonderful. The location is perfect to reach the north and south side of the lake when boating, and is located on an inlet that provided less lake activity and privacy. Slug we decide to visit lake Norman again we will without a doubt rebook this home. Thank you for an amazing experience!

My family and I loved your Hideaway!! It was beyond perfect. Everything you needed and wanted and more. So many water toys. The theatre room was quite a hit. Highly recommend!! Thanks again! We look forward to staying again.

Relaxing and Fun
Beautiful home on quiet part of lake. Great area to be with friends and/or family. We had a fun time grilling out, sitting by lake, boating and then playing games and watching a movie in the theater room.

Favorite Property on Lake Norman!
My family has stayed in several different properties on Lake Norman and this one is BY FAR our favorite!! Having 2 master suites on the main floor, an area for children upstairs, the entire downstairs with games, bar, movie theater, etc. and the ease of walking down to the lake were some of our favorites! The cove is very peaceful with little traffic coming in! We saw so much wildlife, such as fish, ducks, geese, turtles, etc! 10/10 recommend to any family!!!

Great Property with Plenty to do Inside and Outside
Our family spent a week in this house and absolutely had a blast. We enjoyed being able to drive and dock for dinner at various restaurants on the water as well as cooking in in the well stocked kitchen. All the beds were comfortable and we slept great all week. The playroom was our favorite part of the house. We utilized the poker table, sauna, arcade, air hockey and especially the theater room. We watched Sports the entire week and loved having such a wonderful set-up to enjoy such important games and tournaments. Ryley was an excellent host and the communication was rock solid throughout. Zero issues or concerns about this entire process. Thank you Ryley!

Ideal House for Family Getaway
The house was the star of our stay. It had all the amenities that you could ever want in a house and the location was a dream. Easy access to the lake down from the little beach or off of the dock (cannonball!). Kayaking and paddle boarding in the cove was perfect for beginners or the more adventurous could head out to the lake. Overall, great experience. Communication with the owner was quick, easy and timely. Great property! Highly recommend!!

BEAUTIFUL FAMILY FRIENDLY LAKE HOUSE
We had a wonderful stay on lake Norman for our children’s spring break. The boys loved fishing off the dock, watching March madness in the theater room and playing endless games of fooseball. We look forward to visiting again!

A Wonderful Place to Stay on Lake Norman
We had a wonderful time staying here for a week at the end of February. This house has the perfect layout and extra features that make it a great place to stay on Lake Norman. There are two master bedrooms on the first floor, each having its own bathroom. The living, dining, and kitchen is an open area with plenty of room to get together for the guests. A screened in porch is very comfortable for reading or relaxing. This house is bigger than it looks. The second floor has two large bedrooms, and and extra bedroom with beds for the kids, and a full bathroom. The basement has a comfy TV area and game room. We were like a bunch of kids again, playing the foosball and air hockey! Plus there is a home theater room. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and have a good time. We brought our kayaks along and had easy access to the lake from the property. There is also a 2-person kayak at the house that can be used. Our golden retriever really enjoyed swimming in the lake every day. There is a pier available for boating and it would be a nice place to hang out during warmer weather. The house is located on a quiet cove, so there would not be a lot of noisy boat traffic during the boating season. It's a short drive to Stacy's for a good meal and Lake Norman Brewing for good beers. Also check out the Raptor Center, Mountain Creek Park for hiking/mountain biking, and the cities of Hickory, Newton, and Lincolnton for good eats, brews, shopping, and things to do.

What a wonderful house and location. Everything was well laid out inside with clear instructions on how to maximize out stay. Quiet but close to some good restaurants. All the games downstairs were a bonus.

Beautiful home very relaxing
Our family usually go to the beach for vacation but it’s incredibly hard to find anything pet friendly. Our dog is part of our family so always want him with us. My oldest son recommended trying the lake. After looking through our choices we kept coming back to this house because it seemed very welcoming and relaxing plus having things for fun and entertainment so we decided to give it a try and were very pleased would definitely recommend it and most definitely would stay again in the future

Great house and vacation
Our family loved this house. It was in a great location on the lake. Our kids could swim without us having to worry about a lot of boat traffic. The kids had a lot of fun with all the games downstairs, and we used the movie room every night. Everything is labeled, which was very helpful. Definitely on the list for future lake trips.

Stunning house on Norman Lake
Ryley provided great responsiveness to my inquiries. The house was very clean and spacious. There was more than enough space for our family of 4 as well as entertainment to keep them busy. As for Norman Lake itself, I would have preferred cleaner water quality and see through water. I’m glad I brought our 2 paddle boards so our entire family could go on the lake at once. There is one kayak and one paddle board on site for use with life jackets. The house is well decorated and the beds are comfortable. I enjoyed relaxing at the house. The views from the 3 decks overlooking the water was the highlight of my mornings.
