Condo encantador, recién amueblado en el sur de Charlotte, a poca distancia de codorniz club de campo Hollow y sólo 3 millas del centro comercial South Park. soleadas habitaciones grandes con dormitorios en extremos opuestos de la casa. Balcón privado, el bloqueo de almacenamiento en seco. A pie de Starbucks, Harris Teeter, Hawthornes pizza, delicatessen de McAlister, farmacia CVS, salón de belleza y mucho más! Perfect gateway
Cozy and beautiful apartment in a good neighborhood in South Park. The home had everything you might need, including a coffee machine and a the fridge was pre-filled with drinks. Communication with Sara was excellent. Highly recommend the apartment

Fantastic owner
What to say about the host of this property! responsive within minutes. Paper towels stocked as well as toilet paper, Great towels and plenty of them as well as sheets and pillows. And the location. A grocery store within walking distance; a wonderful pizza/Italian restaurant; CVS, And South Park only 3 miles away. I was there for 2 weeks. Feels like home. Stay at Sara's place on your next visit to Charlotte. You will not be disappointed

Great condo. Excellent location.
The location is perfect. Very nice neighborhood. Grocery store and pharmacy right across a small side road. Can easily walk there. Very quiet and safe. Condo was very clean. Fully furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. Couldn't have been better. Sara was great to deal with. Any time I go to Charlotte, this is where I'll stay.

Found a Real Gem in Charlotte!
Our quick trip to Charlotte was absolutely flawless because of staying in this beautiful, two-bedroom condo. The location was less than 3/4-mile away from our daughter and son-in-law, so we were able to walk, shop and enjoy three days of 80-degree weather and gorgeous fall colors. (It was cold and rainy back in Chicago.) Sara made us feel so welcome and communicated instructions clearly. The decorations were cheery and colorful; the layout was well designed; and we loved drinking coffee on the balcony in the sunshine. Hope to return again very, very soon!

Perfect Location
I would highly recommend staying at this lovely condo. Sara has supplied everything! The kitchen was stocked and so was the bathroom. We walked directly across the road to the grocery store, Starbucks and had dinner at the Char 7 Bar restaurant. Easy on and off the 485 and close to amazing shopping.The bathtub/shower was the only downside, and I can't really say that either...getting into the tub to take a shower is a very wide step and if the tub is soapy at all it is VERY slippery. Nothing to hang onto to help you in. If your balance is off a bit then it might be a bit difficult. Other than that I give this a 10 out of 10.

Golf weekend getaway
The house was very quiet and comfy! Communication was excellent and the house had everything we needed and nice treats we didn’t know we needed but really enjoyed. Walking distance to grocery and great restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Ok stay!
We stayed for a few days to attend the nascar race. Sara was quite easy to communicate with. However, we don’t love smart TV’s and had some trouble with the technology. A manual of how to/options would be a good idea as no 2 smart tvs are set up the same. Furniture wasn’t the most comfortable, quite stiff. Pillows could use some updating. The house was filled with items you would need and the kitchen was small but really nice to use for meals.

Charming Charlotte getaway
From start to finish, my stay at Charlotte was perfect! Sara is an excellent host; very quick to respond to questions/ concerns. I had no issues during my stay. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood, very easy to get to. The shopping plaza is steps away with a fabulous little pizza place, grocery store, and Starbucks. Very clean and pleasant with an abundance of linens, blankets, pillows, and pretty much everything you could need in the kitchen! (The coffee maker can make a traditional pot of coffee, or single serve kcups 😁) Would absolutely book again next time I’m in the area 👍🥇🏡

Quiet stay, close to family
The property was perfect for my month long stay, close to my family, and close to all my shopping needs. Quiet neighbors, plenty of well lighted parking, safe residential area. Sara has taken care to stock the condo with every amenity possible, even provides the coffee for the new coffee maker, even plush bath robes. I definitely plan to look up this property again for extended stays. I was pleased in every way!

Amazing place!
Absolutely wonderful! I am even getting the same bed, was so comfortable i had no body pain. felt like a giant fancy cruise! Honestly, i could probably live there. Was just lovely! Don’t hesitate. Its even better in person than photos and the photos are incredible!

We had a great stay at the condo for a month. Since everything we needed was close by, it was very convenient. The owner, Sara, was attentive and answered our questions promptly.
