We had our annual family gathering with four individual families. It was a total of eight adults and six children ranging in age from 4 to 10. The pool and hot tub were big hits with everyone. There were fish to be caught in the lake, and much paddle boarding and paddling. The movie theater room was enjoyed by all of the children.

The pictures did not do this property justice. The layout was huge with more than ample space to accommodate 13 adults. We did not leave the pretty during our stay as the house had more than enough "distractions" to keep our group busy. The house was fully stocked with anything and everything our group needed. Communication with Property Manager was second to none. Cannot recommend this property enough.

The house was great. The only thing I would say is the Landscaping in the back was overgrown. Going up the back stairs you had to push the bushes out of the way. Second thing I would say is the house had a lot of webs. Tons of cobb webs around the windows.

Spectacularly perfect vacation home!

This property was the most perfect vacation home for our family of 12. It's usually difficult to find a vacation rental with adequate bedrooms for three children's families and us. We had one king bedroom to spare! Everything about this lake waterfront home was exceptional. There were two dining seating choices for 12 people. An indoor table adjacent to the kitchen and a 12 place table on a lakeview screened in porch where we usually ate and used for a gaming table. Several refrigerators accommodated the groceries and drinks for 12 as we prepared our meals in house every night in the well equipped kitchen that even had sharp knives - a rarity in rental homes. The hot tub/ pool were at 81 degrees on our arrival and was large enough for all to enjoy after time on the lake with a rented pontoon boat tied to the sturdy dock. The fire ring with wood supplied was a popular spot for smores with the kids. Swim towels were abundantly supplied and the modern furnishings inside, including comfortable supportive beds were appreciated. There is an outside living area poolside with a large TV, furniture, and a small outdoor kitchenette with drink storage was enjoyed by all. The owner's kayaks were available and there was a theater room available in case of a rain, as well as well stocked shelves with adult and kids games. Everyone's consensus was that in thirty five years of summer rentals at the shore and on lakes, this lakefront property was the most perfect.

Amazing vacation home

Amazing home, perfectly laid out with great amenities for the whole family. Between the lake, pool, theatre room, multiple deck seating areas, there was room for the family to be together as well as spread out. We ranged in age from 2 to 86 and everyone had a great vacation!

My little family and myself stayed here and everyone had a blast. Very clean, organized and spacious. This was my first Air B&B I stayed at and I definitely plan to revisit this location.

Spring Break 2024

We’re a family of 11 with our children and grandchildren. Our grandchildren were 4 teenagers and a six-year-old, the house was wonderful plenty of things to do. Also, they suggested we rented up pontoon boat, which was great to get out on the lake some. Would recommend this for anyone else. They took attention to detail everything had a place and everything was set up. Very nice.

Great Lake Side Property

Family Lake Vacation

The property is just as described. Very clean and great for our group of 14. There are many amenities included such as, grill, fire pit, swim dock and kayaks. Games are available for all ages. The view is beautiful. The pool and hot tub are large enough for a large group. The swim dock is great for swimming in the lake. The property manager, Drew, was very helpful and response. A reply to all questions was within 24 hours. Everyone loved the week. Definitely a great place to vacation.

Exceeded expectations

This house is amazing! Lake views were gorgeous and the location is fantastic. The pool and hot tub were a hit for kids and adults, especially after a day on the lake! The beds were all very comfortable and the linens were nice. All bath linens were provided and the pool towels were wonderful. We rented the pontoon through the company the listing provided - the boat was there and ready to go when we arrived which was a bonus! The concierge (Jessica) was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay when an issue arose. Don’t hesitate to reach out to her! We had 3 families (12 people total) that stayed and everyone had a bed and was comfortable. The large table was perfect and fit us all comfortably. One last thing - dining and grocery are close by which is nice! Also, Amazon delivers here (and quickly!) which is a bonus in case you forget something like we did! Choose this house - you will not be disappointed! Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing Birthday Weekend

The entire family was blown away by how perfect this property was. We were celebrating my boyfriend's 40th birthday and we could not have asked for a better experience. The kids LOVED the pool and roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. The host checked in with us to make sure we were settled in and to see if we needed anything. We really appreciated how clean the house was. The beds were so comfortable and it definitely felt like a vacation. We would highly recommend this property. Thank you!!!!!
