No le gustó: Limpieza y comodidad de las habitaciones
still waiting on my refund
First of all, we left 1 night early and when I spoke with the owner, she stated that I would get a refund for the night we didn’t stay. Two weeks later I am still waiting and she is now ignoring my requests for an update. There were dangerous protests the weekend we were in town so we decided to cut our trip short.
The stay at Suites on Cannon was not at all what I expected. The room we got was nothing like a suite. It was tiny with a bed and a bathroom barely big enough to fit either.
The room was never serviced and I called to request more tissues on our first day and they never appeared. The ironing board was a joke and I am someone who tries to look nice when I go out.
I paid for parking but when you pay for parking, nowhere does it tell you that Sunday morning you have to move your car from 8:00am-12:00pm. I didn’t find out until I got the email a few days before our stay.
It was just nothing like what I expected from the photos or the other reviews. Very disappointed.
