If this is in your desired location and budget, you can make it work. Despite the following comments, I would consider staying here again, but it’s not perfect.
The front door has an electric unlocking mechanism that is challenging to use. The door is loose and the deadbolt struggles to find the hole. Instead of fixing it, they decided to make-it/work.
The entire unit is built on an uneven floor. Whether you walk on the carpet, wooden floor or bathroom tile, you’ll be going up/down as much as 5 inches as you walk. Make-it-work.
The master shower has tropical rain forest shower head, but those are supposed to be mounted on the ceiling with the head laying flat. They didn’t do that. It’s mounted on the wall and the water pressure is terrible so water just runs out the bottom of the shower head, 5 inches from the wall. Make-it-work.
Both showers have the remains of a shampoo/conditioner/soap dispenser that is no longer in use. Instead of removing them, they remain as an obstacle to navigate while showering. Make-it-work.
The paint throughout the unit appears if it all received one uneven coat. Make-it-work.
The AC is aggressive and blows directly in your face while sleeping in the master bed…making you cold. Then it turns off for too long and you find yourself uncovering. At that moment, it kicks back on and you freeze. Make-it-work.
There is a note on the AC unit about not leaving the fan on or turning the AC down any further as it causes the pipes to freeze.
